I haven't been to a location in about 15 years because it got to the point that the food was refrigerator cold (not kidding), and the service was horrible. The last time I visited a Burger King, the lady taking my order looked at her manager and said "I don't want to wait on him because I want to go on break" so I just left

Burger king has my favorite iced coffee so I get it a lot. I’ve noticed this bk consistently has it (a lot of locations don’t have it all the time) and they employees are always so sweet. I’m happy this location is close to me because they stand out compared to other locations.

I work a couple blocks away, so this is a convenient place for me. It's a little hard to get in and out now, because of the construction next door (new medical building is almost done).
