I love the Grilled Italian.

I ordered food for my family and was highly disappointed. First of all they didn't have the apple juice that they advertised online for my daughters meal. Secondly, her turkey sub was horrible. The turkey meat was extremely dried out and there was hardly any mayo or dry turkey on the sub. My wife's Italian sub was all lettuce and no meat. My pastrami sub was all bread as well. For almost $40 for 2 subs and a kids meal i could have paid almost half of that at alot of other places and recieved far better food. This place makes subway look amazing. They are disgrace and won't be in business long. Safe yourself the time and money and go to a mom and pop place. If you choose a mainstream place go to jimmy johns or jersey mikes. They ruined my families night

This is not a capriottis. It is some weird place that claims to make capriotti type sandwiches.

If you order this place on Uber eats they almost always cancel the order and if they don’t, they will send you a destroyed sub this is like the 5th time this has happened to me. I love their food but they got some issues with anger.

Ordered 2 sandwiches $30 and was missing all the accompaniments. Still waiting for the refund. Worst experience!

First off, it's not the sandwich shop, it's a multiple restaurant kitchen. I drove thirty miles for the capastrami.. Only to be charged 13.00 for a half that was not made the original way. Instead of pastrami and coleslaw, they added lettuce and it made the sandwich salty. Not worth it. I was craving it so badly and was very disappointed. Thumbs down. Zero stars.

Other reviews were right about this place being very poorly managed. Made an online order in advance and when I arrived to pick up, they said to ask for a refund because they didn't have the necessary ingredients. Could've at least sent a text to say the order had to be cancelled instead of wasting my time

Never buy sandwiches at this store, you'll be waiting at the door for an hour

I am sorry to post this and would let it go if the order had been at all "ok". I ordered the "turkey cole". The bread was tough. The turkey, of which there might have been two oz. had an odd flavor. There were two semi circles of provolone. The rest was cole slaw. The cole slaw overwhelmed the bread and was flavorless. Actually, the whole sandwich sadly lacked flavor. I ordered a 10 inch and threw all but a couple of bites away. I also ordered the cheesesteak fries. The fries were thin, flat potato slices. They had some mushrooms, a tiny bit of meat and an equally tiny portion of cheese in the center of the pile of potatoes. They were completely devoid of any flavor, including zero salt. Won't be going back.

Waited 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches. The place was empty, no names on the waiting board. When I came in I expected to be out in 5 minutes since the place was empty, but this place is not well managed. This is the first time at any cappriottis location I've had to wait this long. BAD SERVICE.

The Thanksgiving style ingredients are great. Fries also are great. The 3 star is because they are light on the insides in comparison to the density of bread that can also be tough at times.

Pricing and portions are not clear and super overpriced.

Ordered two vegetarian turkey cole sandwiches, got home and found they were real turkey. So disappointed. Basically had to throw them out. Good bread though. 5 stars for the vegetarian cheesesteak.

A soggy nasty cheese ball of a sandwich with a cup of potatoes half fried... one potato wedge literally hung outside the cup basically raw. Best tasting thing from this place was the diet Pepsi in an unopened bottle. If the soda wasn't bottled I'm sure they'd find a way to mess that up, too.Yeah, stop with the advertisement of this place whoever is trying to promote this place.

I ordered my food online and they were closed by the time I got there to pick up. Contacted the manager several time and no answer. I ordered second time and they dont see my order. I would recommend elsewhere like Jersey Mike's stake sandwiche.
