The Thanksgiving style ingredients are great. Fries also are great. The 3 star is because they are light on the insides in comparison to the density of bread that can also be tough at times.
Ordered two vegetarian turkey cole sandwiches, got home and found they were real turkey. So disappointed. Basically had to throw them out. Good bread though. 5 stars for the vegetarian cheesesteak.
Tried this spot for the first time, and the product is as good as advertised. When they claim hand pulled turkey, they mean it. This is not your ave hoagie shop that sounds like snerzy spikes or snubpay, this is probably the best sub sandwich you can get in Pasadena. The combo of good quality bread, hand pulled turkey, fresh veggies, good quality cheese, and mayo, salt pepper, oil and vinegar made for a better than expected lunch.
