I don t understand how this place does not have 5 star rating all across the board. Yes, there are lines even at 10:30 am on Friday and the place is cramped but because it’s fast paced there is always a good chance of landing a table. You don’t come here to hang out. You come here to taste their AMAZING pastries!!! I am a big connoisseur of French pastries and have a handful of my favorite bakeries but this one is the best. I wish they opened a location in Hollywood or Silverlake.

Drove by this place the other day and noticed the long line. The first good sign that the food is tasty! We tried the chocolate croissant, ricotta and pesto pastry, and the peaches and cream. Truly delicious and worth the hype as the other reviews have mentioned!

Their lack of proper business preparation has now reached annoying levels. They are always out or low on baked goods, their almond croissant is the only really good thing on menu, sometimes they don't event make it. If you're gonna sell out by 1pm how about you make the forecast to prepare accordingly for the next day? This happened like 4 times now, I'm done with this place.

Holy moly - this was the best kouign Amann I’ve ever had . It was so fluffy and sweet with a touch of salt. Omg yes - I’ll drive to Pasadena just for this.

Best croissants ever!!! If there happens to be a small line, it will be worth your wait.

Incredible legit pastries!!!

Get the raspberry/pistachio croissant. A bougie take on PBNJ. Inventive take on a classic croissant.

The smell of the bakery as soon as I got in made me melt, pushed me to over order, and go over my budget.
There was a line at 8:15 before they even open, I was waiting in my car watching the line getting longer, so I just got up and joined.
Unfortunately they did not have the raspberry pistachio today.
I ordered the creamy, hot chocolate, chocolate, croissant, and almond honey.
The creamy hot chocolate was okay, but not that special I have tried better.
The croissants really good.

It's our go-to Pasadena pastries and coffee place! There's usually a long-ish line but the staff is very quick to take, make and hand out orders, and none of the croissants have never ever disappointed. The salted honey lattes are always incredible, perfect for a cold day out, and the almond croissants are to die for.

Their croissants might be the best in town, I'm partial to the almond and chocolate. Their berry tarts are also delicious.

The best chocolate croissant I remember having in a long time. So rich, buttery, flaky and filled with the right amount of thick creamy chocolate! Also enjoyed the spiced hot chocolate. Tastes like a warm hug. Worth the wait in line. They also have ample seating inside and outside on the sidewalk.
