I've come to this location so many times over the years and it's always been consistently good. I usually just use the drive thru but the service is always fast. Ambiance in this area is ok, due to the PCC being nearby and it helping the area be good. The food itself is always fantastic. The Big Carl is like a Big Mac, but better (and I am a huge Big Mac enthusiast). The limited-edition churro milkshake is fantastic btw, please give it a try if it's still available by the time you read this.

worst experience ever I went to this store couple days ago. The I guy in the front is useless. He's wearing an airpods while AT WORK. He messed up my food gave me the wrong order and his slow. His hair is everywhere and he got a full beard. Disgusting

The place looks run down and the prices for dollar menu quality meals are absurd. $12 for a tiny burger meal. I should have taken a picture of the food! Hope there is no next time.

It's an absolute outrage! $16.23 for a basic Famous Star meal? And for what? A pathetic, flavorless excuse for a burger, with bone-dry fries and only soda to wash it down. This isn't the Carl's Jr. I remember. They proudly display a plaque about their original cheeseburger being $.45 and fries $.20. What in the world happened to quality and value?! It's highway robbery and a complete betrayal of their legacy.

Theresa was amazing!! She gave the best customer service I have every experienced at a fast food restaurant. She was very friendly and attentive. I asked for tomatoes on my Spicy Chicken Sandwich. When I received my sandwich, I noticed there was no tomatoes on it. I didn’t want to make a fuss, so I ate it as is, no sweat! In the middle of eating the sandwich, Theresa said “there was something wrong with your sandwich huh?” And I said “haha yeah but no worries, I’m enjoying it!” Theresa went above and beyond and brought out complimentary fries and apologized! I have no idea how she knew there was a mistake, but I was blown away by how sweet and attentive she was. Thank you again Theresa! I will definitely be coming here again!
