Carl’s Jr. associate, Mark, is a fantastic employee with stellar work-ethic-WOW. I don’t often go to Carl’s Jr because the line always takes forever, even if there is only one or two cars. But Mark? He was so FAST, EFFICIENT and FRIENDLY, he represents the company impressively and is a good worker and I told him so. I was in and out the line in 5 minutes. Thanks, Mark! I will return more frequently now that someone like Mark is running the line.

This place was gross, ordered drive thru for lunch and the man taking my order was a creep and telling me how excited he was that I was the first female customer of the day. Made me uncomfortable, then when I received my food (6 piece chicken star meal) the chicken stars had some slimy white substance all rubbed on them. Disgusting … Everthing went straight to the trash. Never again going to this place.

Terrible, i asked to try a new burger something else for 6.99. It took less then 4 minutes to serve me, i unwrap the burger and the first thing I saw was a bun was moldy the bottom part to be clear I tried showing the manager and explaining to him.And all he said was they don't sell moldy buns there. I crumbled up the bag with the burger inside it and threw it away. I didn't ask for a refund.I just wanted to leave. Just a side note.The meat patty looked terrible, gray and bubbly i wasn't able to take a picture of that since I was in a rush Just to leave

I ordered a single big carl with cheese combo and was given a carls double. The guy taking the order had a attitude and ignored me when I was trying to talk to him and just closed the window. This happened on 10-16-25 or

Will never go back to this Carl’s Jr the worse experience. The food was horrible and not edible I don’t recommend anyone spend their money.i am not one to complain but i felt the need to express this to others so that you don’t have the same bad encounter I did.also the staff are not friendly and rude. My all my burgers that I order were not fresh and it the buns were extremely soggy.lik if they have been sitting for a while. The owner of this establishment should really train they’re employees.i think i will contact the health department because if food has been sitting there for so long it could cause food poisoning.i repeat do not go to this Carl’s Jr

The smell of freshly charbroiling meat with hot fried zucchini and ice cold iced tea, amazing. Thank you for a delicious Sunday dinner with a great smile. 🙏
Wont be going to Carl’s for Breakfast anymore since they don’t serve till Breakfast till 6am. I guess the working class has to find a different option for Breakfast fast food. Wasn’t a big fan of Carls anyways so that’s the last nail n the coffin for me.
