Discovered this place long time ago and go regularly. After all these years, still one of my favourite ice-cream places in the world. The honey lavender is amazing. The cones are made fresh, and the ice cream sandwiches are tasty too.
Fresh flavors like brown sugar vanilla and mint cucumber keep me coming back. The waffle cones smell amazing from down the block. Parking on Washington is usually okay. Scoops are creamy and not overly sweet. Staff are upbeat even when the line stacks. A perfect neighborhood treat.
It's my benchmark for young Ice cream shop. Great quality ingredients you can taste..i can feel the passion of ice making artisan, She highlights the ingredients taste profile. My summer go to is Buttermilk strawberry and Mint with cocoa nib. Very consistent product season after season. New addition of sorbet is great with additional of a hint of rose. The great thing of this shop, small artisan ice cream that source ingredients are the key foundation. It's very refreshing...
