Tried this place mid-afternoon on Saturday after a long hike. Place was packed. Sat at the bar and tasted a couple of the beers. The Astra (a pale) was decent but had an odd bitterness in the after-taste. The Ostera, a coconut Imperial Stout was really delicious. The Antigua, and amber, was decent. We sampled the Yerbatera, a Yerba Mate Pale, but really didn't care for it. The food truck selling fish tacos was exceptional.
I came here after my Sunday league soccer match with my teammates. In the past, we've gone to congregation ale house but this was the pick on this day. It was really good, pretty standard selection of 8 beers and a seltzer choice with three different flavors. I had a Mexican lager which was good but almost too tasty for the flavor/lack of flavor i associate with Mexican lager. Second beer was a dark lager which was really good, had a hint of stout without the weight. ...
