Brought my girlfriend here to celebrate getting a new job. Sam went above and beyond to make us feel special. When he found out we were celebrating, he brought our dessert out with “congratulations” written in chocolate which made our day. Would highly recommend. Tea: A+, Service: A++++

I went here 3/7/24. I got there at 5:30 not knowing they close at 6. I wasn’t rushed at all. I had tea service and the tea itself was delicious. It was fragrant well balanced and flavorful. I like the variety of teapots , while the tea cups are uniform. It’s a casual environment which is nice from formal afternoon tea sometimes. I would come back again. The servers kept checking and pouring tea. It was clean, the food was larger portions, and it was a calm cozy atmosphere.

We had reservations (and arrived 5 minutes early) and had to wait 20 minutes after our reserved time for them to find and clean a table. The main tea room was very loud and we could not hear each other speak, even the staff had a hard time hearing our orders. We ordered the celebration tea and the food was an absolute joke, the sandwiches barely had any filling in them and they were mostly just bread. We asked for a refill of our hot tea (and were willing to pay if necessary) and all they brought us was a tea pot full of hot water. Finally at the end we had to ask 3 different times for the bill and once they brought it they never came back to collect and process our payment. We ending up walking to the counter where you purchase loose leaf tea and requested them to run my card so we could leave.

Food is delicious. I LOVE their clotted cream!!!! The eclectic tea service with pots, saucers, and cups that don't necessarily match, but are beautiful, whimsical, and/or cute adds to the charm. The service can be a little slow at times when it is busy, but they are kind and attentive. The place is a bit small and cramped, but still charming. It is our favorite traditional afternoon tea place.

Another lovely afternoon spent with good friends in a perfect setting. It is one of the most perfect spots for tea in the LA area. The menu choices are varied and delicious; the service is both professional and discreet and the tea room itself is charming. There is no better choice!

First Tea Room experience and we had a lovely time! Quiet atmosphere, adorable teapots, tasty food, and delicious tea, all complimented by thoughtful, courteous service. The Punjab and Limerick sandwiches were favorites, and can't go wrong with clotted cream and French macarons. Look forward to returning!

I was a little disappointed. We had a red for 5 but the table was set for 4 with 5 chairs. One of the napkins was frayed. We had to keep asking for the 5th setting but never actually got it. A cup showed up then the a fork later à sucer but no spoon. When the tower came the person who brought it said it was for 3 people and she was going to bring the one for 2. When we told her it was actually 2 and we moved it over she literally yelled it is for 3. The top layer was wrong but she didn't want to hear it. Our server was nice. The food was good and the tea was good too.

We arrived early for our reservation and they sat us down right away. Servers were very attentive. We were seated by a very large party, so it was very loud for our preference. Favorites were the chai tea and the birthday tea. The chicken sandwich and egg salad sandwich were really great and we enjoyed the scones!

The tea is excellent and the service was great. The food is very meh, not very flavorful. We had the celebration tea and weren't impressed. The scones were too sweet and not buttery enough, the sandwiches were a bit bland, and the cookies seemed like they were out of a package.

I took two of my granddaughters and a friend for afternoon tea and we had a lovely time. I would recommend this tea room to anyone. So many types of tea and you can purchase them too. And it's fun to walk around Pasadena also.

We were there last year for my sister in law's birthday (it was her first time there) and this year she wanted to go there again. We all had a great time and the food was delicious

I went with my family for afternoon tea service and it was lovely! The selection of sandwiches on the tower was a wonderful blend of flavors and the scones were warm and fresh out of the oven. I got the chai as my tea selection and it was full of warm spices and was delicious with some milk added. My favorite part was the use of mismatched cups and tea pots to give the place a homey feel. Would definitely recommend!
