Customer service and well maintained facilities always standout at Chick-fila-A and this was no surprise at this location. Was greeted upon entering by an extremely welcoming staff member. I just had the most awesome time at this Chick-fil-A in Pasadena! The place was super clean, and the staff was like, totally on point with the friendliness.
I grabbed the classic chicken sandwich, and it was so fresh and delicious. The waffle fries were perfectly crispy, and the lemonade was legit refreshing. The drive-thru was quick, and I was out of there in no time.

They have gone above and beyond a few times before but today I missed breakfast by a minute and the sensor on the mobile app didn’t register that I was close to the restaurant so they just gave me a free lunch item .
