On 9/9/2024 at 10:45pm I went to Chick-fil-A to get a meal worse decision I could of made they should inform us that the workers there don’t like people coming after 10:30. So on top of attitude and getting my sweet tea 28 mins after I received my food because they ran out a staff member showed how frustrated she was by just cussing around me say f this f that being loud her name was Dakota I believe there was a manager there but she didn’t correct her. By the time I got home my food was cold my fries all soggy I couldn't enjoy my meal if I knew I would be a burden I would not have gone there to get food they made me feel bad. I will probably just end up going to the one near pcc from now on even though it’s farther for me. I have never been treated like that there My transaction number is 7097 I hope the owner can investigate this and retrain the staff involved. The Actions of Dakota I believe were unacceptable.

Bad service, today the cashier who served me threw the change at me, and a long time ago when I ordered the coffee glass it came too full and when I removed the lid it spilled on my hand and was too hot, to the point that I I burn part of my hand and my legs. Call the location to report what happened. And they told me that the manager was not there. And to leave my phone number. And that they would contact me. And to this day no one has called me from that place about the incident.

I was expecting to have the same experience as Chino Hills location, where they are super friendly and the food doesn't take that long, but it wasn't like that.
You can never go wrong with Chik Fil A. The only complaint I have is that 2 different workers made an ice cream cone for the kids' meal, and one was thrown away because my 4 year old had already received one. I told the worker I would take the extra one, but she ignored me and walked away.

This Chick-fil-A is unique for some reason. The sandwich was extremely crispy and hot compared to other Chick-fil-A‘s. On top of this being the best sandwich I’ve had out of a Chick-fil-A. They gave me plenty of sauce, I think they forgot a flavor, but I forgot too so it doesn’t count. They also had a peach milkshake which was really good.
