Once you eat here, you will appreciate how satisfying their food is and only wish Chik-fil-A opens on Sunday's too or atleast a half a day! The Pasadena location on lake Ave is great but today I watched my food sit there ready while two customers who came in after me ordered an received there bag before me all while my food sat there in the bag on the counter then I was served my bag . Honestly, this Chick-fil-A was very busy, but efficient with a line of cars and located on a busy street I was able to give my order and take mine in a matter of minutes. The staff was great and nice like many other Chick-fil-A, would definitely go there again.

Placed an order while parked in the parking lot at 8:50pm for Curbside. Put in my spot number on the app. They never brought out my food. They locked the doors and closed up the outdoor seating while I waited for 25 minutes for my food which never came.

literally the WORST location. EVERY single time, and i mean EVERY single time with out fail this location ALWAYS forgets more than half my order. why are management/employees not doing something to ensure their orders are accurate? i’m sticking to the colorado location. my door dasher even confirmed with them if everything was packed and they lied to her. shame. must be laziness.
