Slowest Chipotle ever. Never has enough people working the line and those that do aren’t friendly. Too bad because has a great outdoor area.

This chipotle never has enough people working. No matter what time of day I go— early, late, lunch rush— there’s a long line and they are not well staffed. The only time I came here and moved through the line quickly there was a fundraiser happening. I go to locations further from my house to avoid the line. The one by pcc is way better. I’m begging the management at this location to staff this location. I just tried to go and there was ONE PERSON in the front serving everyone and 8 people in line.

This place is consistently understaffed and messy. I don't blame the staff at all (who have been nothing but kind), I only blame the management.

Have you been reading the Yelp reviews for this location? All one star reviews dating back for years because it’s the most disgusting location with the worst customer service! They need to fire the entire staff and management, clean this place up, and start over with staff from one of your thriving locations. This store is the dirtiest Chipotle I've ever been to! I wish this wasn't the one close to me bc I hate going here. It's been like this for years! I can't understand how corporate lets it go on like this. The food prep station is gross, the tables and floors are gross, the trash is overflowing, there's food all over the floor, the bathrooms are disgusting, the whole place is just filthy. Also the staff act like they are bored out of their minds and have zero customer service. Any online pick up order isn't done till long past the pick up time. Where is management in all this?

Every single time I have been here in the last year there is never more than 1 person serving then going to register. These people are overworking and they need to staff more people. It’s greedy and bad management.

It's Chipotle the food is always good here. Steak burrito is always my go to. On occasion, I add guacamole and sour cream, mmm it's good. 😋

Came in at 8pm, the closing hour was until 10 pm, and they had run out of mostly everything. The tables were not clean, & trash was everywhere. The employees were not professional at all.

There is an African American lady working there at the one on Foothill by Nordstrom, and she is the very best of everything. She makes the whole business flow. I pray the owner appreciates her. This means paying her for how she works and runs your place with precision.

They keep putting this manager on salsa station who is bad at rolling burritos, and doesn't seem to know basic procedures, such as putting a foil underneath a bowl with a tortilla, to prevent the tortilla from touching the messy table. Like, what if I had a food allergy? When i told dude, he couldn't hear, and was asking me where I wanted my foil. Like. WTFDYM MY GUY? You should know it goes underneath the bowl.

Anther time. I got a double wrapped burrito once, and dude actually fumbled the roll. Like. How? Like, the 2nd tortilla is supposed to keep it structured better, especially if you fumble the first roll, but it was very loose and unfolded halfway through. I worked at a Chipotle before, and they have this rule, Aces in their Places (self-explanatory), but JFC they keep putting this dude on a station he's average at, at best.

The experience at this place was awesome. The young lady spoke courteously and understood our requirements, and prepared our food exactly as we asked for. By the way she is speaking to the customers one can say that she is not just a beautiful lady but a beautiful person.
Portions were good and as expected tasty. Will definitely recommend this place if one is looking for Mexican food.
