No working sinks (no water) in men's restroom, plus it appears its been that way for some time.

Location very short staffed, plus the trampoline being expensive $18 per socks per child is ridiculous, and who ever was working at the trampoline yelled at my child because he didn’t have grip socks didn’t really appreciate that especially since he’s 5

Not worth it at all. The trampoline area is very small, and the kids lost interest quickly. We already purchased their grip socks on our first visit, yet every time we go in, it still costs $18.

Great location and it was well kept and clean! The food service could've been a bit faster for our appetizers but overall it was good and fun!

Great indoor amusement for children, but it has now become very expensive. The food (specifically the pizza) does not taste the same as before.

The kitchen messed up my order of wings, but allowed me to keep until they fixed my order. I’m totally fine with that. A worker even came around to the tables to ask if anyone wanted a to-go tray. Great service, food, and staff. Now if we could just do something about the game payments, I’d feel like my dollars were going much further. 20$ for 20 “plays” seem steep.

I mean what do you expect from Chuck E Cheese but it’s the closest one to me and my nephew and nieces love it there. I come regularly enough to not absolute hate the place and their all you can eat salad bar is good enough for food. Their chicken nuggets aren’t too bad but not better than any fast food places. Service is what saves this place to me.

This place got way too expensive. And of course, now they have this trampoline thing in there and they charge an extra $12 for your kid to go in it. Ridiculous, how much money it cost. And to top it off the person working the counter was just plain rude made our experience terrible. We won't be returning.

I remember bringing my kids here many years ago, before they aged out. The food was great, pizzas, salads, plus lots and lots of activities and machines to play with. I liked the animatronic band and the bill wind tunnel and the character shoots. There was an Anna’s Linens next door that closed down and Chuck knocked down the walls and expanded into that space so the arcade became much bigger and added a mini bumper car section. Last time I went was 2019 and they started using cards instead of tokens in some machines. I haven’t been back because my kids refuse to go. I still want to :(
