Came here around 9:30pm last Friday to pick up a pizza since our kids absolutely love Chuck E Cheese 🍕. That's about 30 minutes before they closed. Manager Jesus said that wouldn't be a problem and it definitely wasn't. After I ordered, he gave my son a cup for any drink and a 15 minute play card while we waited for the food. My son was ecstatic with the freebies and so was I. Thanks so much for the hospitality Jesus! That was awesome!

It's a great location. Easy parking and free wifi. Seating is set up so that it is easy to keep an eye on your kids. The crowd here is very friendly. My daughter makes new friends in the first 5 mins. The 4 stars is because I think the bathrooms could use maintenance and be slightly bigger.

Been here many times, today approx. 2pm I ordered my usual X-large pepponi pizza, order taker didn't hear properly and I didn't notice till order came out.
I knew it wasn't correct because extra large comes on plastic trays
No big deal, I asked to pay the difference to get the correct size.
Staff was cool about it. They took the difference in cash and 10 mins later
Same pizza was presented as the extra large.
When confronted about it the cook in the back said they haven't used those plastic trays in a couple years
Obviously a lie cause I was at this location recently with receipts to prove it, they had the black trays then.
If discontinued just say so, don't lie
I accepted the situation. Began feeding my kids and noticed pizza wasn't as hot as it normally was coming out of the oven
So what do you think staff did about it? Nothing.
They didn't make a new one just gave me the 1st pizza made.
Management needs to look at this seriously, lying to your customers and making false claims does not make me want to come back here.
You lost a silver membership customer today Chuck E, do better.
Corporate will be contacted today as well to report this gross misconduct by this location.
Pray my kids don't get sick after eating this pizza.

We celebrated a Birthday there and I was honestly it surprised me - for the price- great deal! Kids had a blast - got another month free to go play after- its clean, the food is good, fresh salad bar, the staff is very helpful and all around great experience!

Great place to host birthday parties or to just bring the family for some fun. Food is great and they offer coupons on their website to help with some deals. They have a good selection of games to keep the kids entertained and their jumping playground tires them out well. This has become a go to place for our family. Staff is also very friendly.
