Says it's open but 100% closed since beginning of COVID, per the private security of the shopping center it's a part of.

The ice cream was melted before it even it the COLDSTONE. I dont know if the owner is trying to save on his electricity bill or what? Also I did not get a recipe for my ice cream, I believe that is unprofessional.
Ice cream was melting in the freezer. Furthermore, it was overpriced and no receipt was provided.
Horrible experience! I ordered a cake from them for my birthday and it wasn't ready when they said it would be. They said I would have to pick up at another store. When I arrived at the other store they didn't have it and couldn't give me a replacement cake. When I tried to contact this store about the trouble they put me though they wouldn't answer the phone. Went back to the store later that night but they closed early. I wasted 5 hours of my day and didn't even get my cake. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Good ice cream classic
I love Cold stones, but this location ( Pasadena ) really disappointed me and my friends. If we purchase "Hot Choco lava " staff there add amount randomly . Its too dirty . IF WE ASK FOR THE BILL SHE DOESN"T GIVE . THEY ARE CHEATING . I HAVE EXPERIENCE THIS TWICE , ASKED FOR THE REASON THEY TRY TO GIVE FEW $ BACK . THERE IS NO PRICING LIST ADDED LIKE OTHER COLD STONE LOCATION.
The Ice creams were very delicious and tasty the staff was very nice.
Delicious ice cream at reasonable prices. They always increase the prices, but their ice cream and milkshake quality is great. I'd recommend to avoid the "hot stone", since they just warm up some old brownies in the microwave and serve it with ice cream. They don't taste good or fresh, just stick to the ice cream.
