There are only a handful of upscale Chinese restaurants in SGV, and even fewer that do things exceptionally well - Colette falls into this category. The best way to experience this restaurant is to come in a large group with your family/friends and try more of the menu.

We loved the modern, cleaner take on Cantonese cuisine. The food was less salty, less oily, and much lighter (no excessive cornstarch in sauces) than traditional Chinese dishes. My picky Cantonese...

While the food at Colette Chinese Restaurant may not have been exactly to my taste, the experience was fantastic overall. The staff truly made the visit memorable—they were super friendly, incredibly quick, and always ready to help. We shared some good laughs with them, which made for a fun and relaxed evening.

If you’re looking for a cozy spot to gather with friends and enjoy some drinks, I definitely recommend this place. The warm atmosphere and wonderful...

Out of the way place but excellent chinese - both traditional and several dishes with flair. The kuobata bbq pork char sui was the best I’ve had. The scallop and noodle dish was excellent. The chicken wings and fried tofu too.
