I had a really disappointing experience. I ordered ice americano. They put way too much water and barely any ice. When I asked for more ice, a male employee just added it on top without removing any water, and the cup almost overflowed while he just stood there and watched. I couldn’t even tell if I was drinking coffee or just flavored water. It tasted so bad that I ended up throwing it away. Definitely not coming back.

This place smells like complete sewage. I ordered a coffee and it was mid. The worst part is I drank only a few sips because the place smelled so bad and if they aren’t sanitary in their environment why would they be sanitary in cleaning their coffee machines? Make it make sense.
The whole time I tried drinking thinking how gross this coffee could be due to the cleanliness of the environment. I had to toss it and take the L on the money.

It smells like butthole in here. It’s musky and damp as hell and it seems like very little cleaning happens here and the management doesn’t care. The food is mid but expensive.

I came here to have some coffee and work. I already called them if they have Wifi available and they said yes. I were able to connect their modem but there wasn't any internet connection. They said they had band limits but even when some people left, it didn't work. It wasn't super busy either. I ordered latte and a brownie. Latte was okay but I didn't like the brownie. Staff was nice though!
I was hoping their coffee would be phenomenal, but sadly it was just okay. Their lavender latte didn’t taste like lavender—just a regular latte. And their bacon burrito was nothing special. I was a bit disappointed.

Don't sleep on copa vida!!!! Incredible food. Some of the freshest and tastiest food in Pasadena. You can tell that someone down the line cares. Its our new go-to for breakfast burritos. 10/10!!!
