I guest because I was not for the Dodgers and only for a celebration, I was not worth for them. Meet looks like it was taken out of the fridge and my burger was cold fries were dry and hard to chew. Now I know why they close out the Arcadia establishment. Wish their food was as good as their pictures.

Came here with out of town guests for lunch. We were a part of five. Popular food items shown on online menu no longer on in store menu (roasted carrots, smoked turkey, and mud pie). Seated where sun blinded half our party for the whole meal - nothing done about it even when mentioned to server who acknowledged the issue. Family with 4 toddlers and only two adults seated right next to us - toddlers screaming and climbing around on the banquette into our seating area. Baby in group behind us screaming. Dog hair wafting in air and stuck to condiments brought to our table (dog friendly restaurant is ok but cleanliness needs to be maintained if you do this - I saw servers petting dogs). Brisket was better than last time but corn side had zero flavor - brisket is their best entree but tends to be hit and miss. Service was great but couldn't make up for other issues. Wont be back. There's a reason the restaurants next to it are packed and this place is more empty. They were great when they opened but have cut back in a bad way.

Amazing food... when they remember to include it in your order. We ordered for our crew at the station so we ordered a large amount of items and a platter. When we came back to that station our platter was missing our 6 sides and when I called to ask for a refund the waiter was being very aggressive and irritated to give us a refund for those items instead tried to comp another item that wasnt even close to the price of the 6 sides 20$ vs 60$. After our conversation he told me that I MIGHT get my refund or not then hung up. Other than that, the bbq is amazing here

Great location, good service but mediocre food. Brisket was dry, baked potato was not baked well and had no flavor. BBQ Chicken was ok. I would order appetizers next time as the BBQ meat was really not there

My sister and I wanted to get good bbq for lunch and it was extremely disappointing. We ordered the brisket with a side of street corn, the brisket grilled cheese sandwich and the chili queso dip as an appetizer. The chili dip was the only decent thing we received. Even our “Micheladas” were essentially hot sauce in a beer. We waited 40 minutes and our food all came out cold and we never even received an apology from the server. She acted like we were out of line. Extremely poor experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The food is great and is well served, the grilled jalapeño Burger, the brisket quesadilla and the smoke brisket are the best, we arrived at the happy hour and get two drinks paying one! And the service was great and the place its cute, I dont remember the name of the waitress bit they should give her a raise 🙂↕️

Cassandra is just the best host ever! She was kind and attentive. She helped us make great food and drink choices while also assisting her other guests. Such an amazing place and even the host that helped us after Cassandra went home was amazing. Great customer service all around ☺️

First time ever coming here. The servers were good. But I had to get my glass of water switched out twice, because something was floating on top of the ice and I guess the water was poured out of the glass but whatever was there was still floating on top do I had to ask again because was gloating in my glass. The 3rd time I didn't see anything so I drank it but uggghh. Food looked good but to me it was very over priced. I wouldn't good back on my own...But only if the group I'm with wants to go there, I will. I wouldn't want to be a downer.

We were there during happy hour this evening. I took 2 small sips of my wine and noticed the glass was filthy with food stuck to the inside. The waitress took my glass and replaced it with a new one minus most of the wine because she didn't get someone to open a new bottle. I complained again. I had the 1/2 chicken which was cold and undercooked. My husband had the brisket which was also cold and way over seasoned. Our side of baked potato was hard on the outside and very cold on the inside.
I have been here twice and I get the tray of meats, phenomenal and for the price I have left overs for the next few days. The two times I have been here they seem under staffed but some how the service is great, very attentive, and food comes pretty quick.

We were so excited to try Craft before a concert at the rose bowl. They were extremely understaffed and we were sat 30 mins after our reservation time. Then it took 45 minutes for two beers to arrive after ordering and over an hour for food (burgers and burritos) to arrive with one of our entrees completing missing so my friend had to wait another 30 mins for the kitchen to refire her burger (that’s 90 mins for 1 burger). Then on top of that, they charged us for the refired burger. Our waitress was amazing in the situation but you could tell that couldn’t overcome poor management decisions. I would recommend skipping this establishment unless you have 3+ hours and want to eat some mediocre food.
