Went to the drive thru right after ordering through the app to CONFIRM my order with the modifications.
Not only did they CONFIRM they will do the modifications. And confirmed that they were indeed added. They gave my my vegan partner cheese and beef. After SPECIFICALLY REQUESTING the modifications.
They disconnected their phone line so you cant even call to make it right. They take forever when there's NO ONE and we were the only ones in line.
This del taco is worse than the one that closed down which was also just a terrible and awful. Do not come here if you want del taco. Make the sacrifice to go to another.

Worst food experience ever. Ordered the carne asada fries and asked for them well done—what I got was soggy, leaking, and barely had any carne asada, tomatoes, or onions. The portion was sad and underwhelming. Also tried a street taco and couldn’t get past one bite—soggy, flavorless, and the texture was all wrong. Really disappointing.

I order three quesadillas and The girl who took my order gave me four tacos when she clearly said that on the intercom and when I came in they said I didn’t order that I know what I order my kids don’t eat tacos and also I still had to pay 8$. I’m never going there again that girl shouldn’t even work there I want talk to a manger

I was there just half hour ago. Food was ok The issue was the restroom the one to the left side . Anyhow the most disgusting restroom I’ve seen in a del taco if you look at your walls, floor, toilet, and sink they look like they never been deeper cleaned. Stocking it with hand soap toilet paper and/or seat cover is not cleaning it takes more than that!! BTW there was no soap or seat covers either and low on toilet paper. Who ever manages the store should be more involved with their employees on how they are doing their job you guys are running a restaurant wheather it’s a fast food or not restroom need to be clean and check them every hour in the hour. It is bad idk how you all just don’t make sure they get cleaned. And you can tell it’s been weeks or maybe month you can tell the difference between a few days from a few months month. General manager please step up and get your team to do their job right!
