My brother, my 2 year old niece and sister bought each a chicken and fry box yesterday from this location and had to go to urgent care. Doctor said they had food poisoning. I tried calling this place to let them know what happened but im getting no answer.

It’s Del Taco. You go here when you’re craving quick “Mexican food” on the cheap. This is all usually about quantity, not necessarily quality - and it usually ends with regret on the toilet. Yet … we return time and again!Service is very polite here and when you ask for a bunch of hot sauce packets, they take care of you. Employees are very courteous and easy to understand on the drive-thru speaker.This location is clean and drive-thru well maintained. The exit is a little wonky - lots of curb bumping and jumping as you exit; someone should have planned better.Anyway - it serves its purpose, even if we know better every time!Kid-friendliness: Lots of items to choose from that are fine for kids.Wheelchair accessibility: It’s ADA.
I've been sitting in the drive through for 22 minutes. Because they allowed someone with a huge order to just sit at the window instead of making them pull through. This is absolutely ridiculous service. There's are 11 cars waiting behind this ridiculousness.

Arrived at 6:37 pm and my two classic grilled burritos and tostada took until 7:17 to be ready. I asked for a free drink because I couldn't believe the food took 40 minutes to be completed. B.S.! I'll never go to this Del Taco again.

The 8 layer veggie was amazing! Please keep up the good work. The place was clean. Restrooms needed a minor cleaning. The service was good.
