I paid for an online order, my phone alerted me that it was ready for pick up, I walked to the store and found it boarded up and permanently closed. They never got back to me online for a refund either...

The food is good. I can't rave it because I've had better. It tastes extremely good. The menu is OK. They could use a few more items. More item items on the sandwiches. More cheese varieties, condiments, and ingredients like Subway would really blow it up. The prices are reasonable. I would definitely go here again.

This place don't mess around. If they can MESS up your order, they WILL mess up your order. I come here often and they always forget to give me what I ordered. Don’t bother. Horrible quality and customer service.

Had ribs?, beef brisket ?, and pulled pork. The pulled pork was cold. The Mashed potatoes and coleslaw were good. I really liked the spicy BBQ sauce. Overall it was good. Spent $60 for four people not too bad..

These folks are sooo dumb! I spoke with an african american women and I told her I wanted to pre order a pre cooked turkey. She asked me to order on line. Then I pick up the turkey and it was NOT cooked Jaime isso dumb !! Who hired these fools? Bad Service unprofessional.

I'm black american and the cashier as well. Her attitude was dry, my order was wrong and the lid was not on my beans when she gave me the bag. If the biscuit still comes with the meal I didn't get that either.

I don’t remember the last time I went to a Dickie’s, but after today I’ll be back next time I’m in the area. Located on the corner lot with a decent amount of parking. Enjoyed the deal of the day, but seemed I should’ve ordered the 3 meat combo. I did try the spicy cheddar hot link, but I also want to try their polish one. Tables were clean and it was pretty quiet at lunch time. Looks like they serve beer as well.

Ordered through uber eats on 6/24 for dinner, unfortunately everything we had was cold. The burgers were cold, the potato tasted bland and the cheese wasn’t melted enough. The 3 plate meat tasted fatty because it was not warm. We had to put the food into microwave otherwise everything was frozen and inedible.Overall, our first experience was not a positive experience. We’ve never had any experiences like this ordered in. I wonder what happened? Will not order it again.

The kid with long hair is the worst employee I’ve seen working anywhere in a while. Terrible customer service and messed our order up twice. He made a point that he doesn’t care about his job and that’s fine he should quit.
