Best burgers. Best Breakfast Burritos. WORST customer service. This guy at the front has been rude on multiple occasions. The first couple of visits when he was rude I gave him the benefit of the doubt (maybe he's not feeling well or something). But today he was off the charts rude. Yes he did give me a free drink but not without the terrible attitude and angry tone of voice. This is not how you treat customers. I'm sorry your app is glitchy, I know it's not your fault, I would never blame that on you. But your condescending and rude tone of telling me that there's nothing you can do is what I'm complaining about.

Placed orders for two breakfast burritos - Haus and bronco. Picked up order and left and started eating, halfway through the burrito, realized that there were no tator tots and checked the other burrito and there were no tator tots as well. While I was waiting for my order, I heard the cook asking the front cashier what goes in the burritos. Called and they said I could bring them back but that is a waste of my time and gas and energy. It would be better to train the cook or have them refer to a recipe if they don’t know what goes into the food items. I don’t think I’ll be back.

The service here is obscenely slow, the person taking orders was rude, the cooks were on their phones and priority very much seemed to go to mobile orders. Took 25 minutes to get 3 items at 2pm in a nearly empty restaurant. Go to the other location in Pasadena, this one sucks.

*** AVOID ALHAMBRA location *** Let me preface this by saying that I really do like Dog Haus. In fact, for those of you who do not know, Bad Ass Burritos is part of Dog Haus. A while back, Bad Ass Burritos was at Kitchen United in Pasadena. Now you can still get your Bad Ass Burrito from Dog Haus locations. Dog Haus is a franchise. I've experienced disappointment from this location on several occasions. The last time was the kicker. They changed their time to 9am. Before it was easy (even though it was still subpar at this location). You order your burrito online. Pick it up. It is frustrating to have problems ordering online, then arrive at 845am only to find that the place does not open until 9am. The website also states another time. The burrito is not called Wurst Burrito. They changed it to Sausage Burrito. People can't even find my recommendation on the menu. *Eye roll* It is a FRANCHISE. Last I checked, Dog Haus did not change the name franchise-wide. That's like going to McD's to get a Big Mac when they rename it. Seriously?!?!? (Btw, the packaging still says, "The Absolute Wurst".) My burrito was LEAKY and DRIPPING. If I wanted a WET BURRITO, I would've ordered one. SMH. As if that was not bad enough, the egg white in the middle was translucent. When one orders a burrito with an overeasy egg, it doesn't mean to just place a raw egg in. It's no wonder it was dripping.. Quite unpleasant. Sad thing is that Bad Ass Burritos is my favorite. I actually stopped singing praises of them since the Alhambra location has underperformed on that front. I don't want people to go thinking that the burrito was not that good since it reflects on my taste. From now on, I will AVOID the Alhambra Dog Haus location even though it is the closest one. If I do order my beloved Wurst Burrito, it will be from Pasadena or Glendora. If you have gotten this far, I urge you to read the other bad reviews. Once or twice when the burrito is subpar, it is dismissed as an off day. This one was the kicker... I wish I read the 1-3 star reviews before being upset enough to write this review. (Btw, I was so angry that I wrote to corporate immediately (02/18/24). They have yet to respond. I hope you (owner) receive the message here.)

Dog Haus is one of Pasadena's very best burger and dog restaurants. Delicious fresh food prepared in an open kitchen right in front of you. Thet serve a variety of dogs and sausages, burgers, sliders, great sides, and milkshakes. They also have beer and ale available. Super friendly staff, the restaurant is always clean and inviting. Highly recommended.

The food is good but the customer service when they're busy - is bad. I ordered ahead, and when I checked out, I ask to add "2 pre-maid cookies", and I was given attitude. I'm not asking you to make anything, they're premaid. Disappointing for sure.

Guy at the front counter needs a serious attitude adjustment. Rude and unhelpful to say the least. We were waiting to order but guy at the register was on his phone and looked at us a couple of times without asking us if we were ready or anything. We ordered on the tablet next to register since he wasn't helping. Got confused with a drink we order. Asked him for help and rudely said "that's why I don't like using that I'd rather do here on the register". My partner stood up for me and responded back to him if you would have helped taking our order this wouldn't have happened. The food is always great but this isn't the first time we've encountered rude customer service from the cashiers. The chefs and cookers are always friendly and helpful.

Ordered some corn dogs to go, got home and one has the batter almost entirely off the dog and is half burnt. They would never have given that to anyone eating in i'm guessing? Come on guys, so not cool

Favorite spot that always hits the spot ! The spicy chicken tenders are awesome and the Chili Idol with the spicy Italian sausage from The Fonz is amazing. Always great beers on tap and you get the food quick . Must try spot solo or with friends. Ps they have a happy hour 3pm-6pm !!

Highly recommend DogHaus. Everything here is freshly cooked and delicious. My favorite menu item is the tenders, Nashville style. It's extremely flavorful and a bit spicy, though the spice is manageable. It's served fresh out the fryer, so it's piping hot. The fries are also bomb. Also, check out the secret menu breakfast burritos. My choice is the Boracho ... it's amazing!! They have great beers on tap, and a great selection of canned beers as well. The service is friendly (shout out to Jay!), and there's always cool music playing. Good vibes all around!
