Driver( Pasqual) LIED about my doorbell being broken so he wouldn't have to walk to my door at my apt. I tested it on the spot and it worked fine. He then said " oh well we're not supposed to come to your door anyways"... I have NEVER had a delivery service not deliver the product. God forbid they serve anyone with disabilities that can't traverse easily. I called the store to complain to the manager and request my tip back at 2 pm on a Thursday. They said I need to call back tomorrow. I'm not ordering from here anymore.

I usually have very good service from Domino's in general anywhere that I order but today was a really special day. It was my wife's birthday and I was unable to be home with her due to work so I wanted to surprise her with a little lunch only. I ordered favorite specialty pizza and paid $43 for my whole order and I'm very disappointed to say that my pizza came looking the way it did disgusting like somebody ate it and it came out the other way then ate it again and threw it back up. now I don't know if the delivery driver dropped the box and was dishonest because he was in a rush and being very rude when I spoke to him on the phone and then he gave my wife's coworkers the pizza looking like this and when they opened it, they were disgusted. And told me to call and get my money back but I was greeted by the store manager. She was really nice and she told me she was going to give me a replacement pizza and have it sent over tomorrow so hopefully that gets done I will update this tomorrow by noon! Also, I'm not really an expert on bad delivery service or bad food service because when I work in the food industry, I expected to provide my guest with safety service, courtesy, cleanliness, and have something called integrity, which this delivery driver or pizza maker clearly does not have it. Looks like somebody help themselves to my wife's pizza, and by the way, he was supposed to be there before 1230 and didn't get there until five minutes before my wife's lunch is over. The only thing I will ever take from them is that free pizza that they owe me other than that I will never return! Pasadena Domino's foothill location you suck except for that manager you're OK but that's something you need to check is quality before it leaves your store to ensure somebody don't ever get this again and I'm sorry but y'all don't deserve one star even! Maybe give your delivery drivers a free lunch on their lunch break so they don't eat your customers food. What do you guys think yelpers? The mystery question was it dropped? Or was it the delivery guys snack?

Can I get ZERO stars?! I should've trusted the 2-star rating more! I was the mom in charge of pizza for my twins' halloween party at school today. I scheduled the delivery for 1130, for it to arrive by the time requested by the school of 1145. I was on hold with my local store for almost 45mins and no one ever answered. The school messaged me to ask about it and they had to grab pizza from the other classrooms, for the kids, and they no longer needed the pizza! SO EMBARRASSING! Gives Domino's a very bad name in general and that sucks!

How do you screw up an order for basic hot wings? The order was simple. The restaurant was not busy. They took more than 25 minutes to make them. Yet, they could not get the order correct. The personnel who work there do not care about what they are doing, how they are doing it, or for their customers. That California wants to raise the minimum wage for such employees is ridiculous.

Do Not Believe the App. The App said delivery would be 26 minutes. Delivery took 63 minutes. My family is late for an appointment. While it is no fault of any of the employees as they are working hard and are likely understaffed. Dominos Corporate should do a better job of providing more accurate information. Especially since the company increased prices and is making a ton of money in profit as a corporation.

Met up with a couple of friends this evening; one of them called this Domino's and ordered a couple of pizzas for pickup. When I got to Domino's, there was a couple in front of me in line. When they got done, I was immediately acknowledged and the nice gentleman (seeing I had my phone in my hand?) inquired if I was there for pickup, asked for the name, and handed the pizzas over. And they were pretty tasty!! The three of us were quite pleased!

I thought I’d pick up a quick pizza since I was next door. Come to find out there are no prices displayed and they charge full price, no advertised promotions are honored. if you order directly from them. Now I remember why I never get domino’s besides terrible pizza anyway.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Was going to get a pizza when I saw employees arguing with a customer outside. They called him the F word and I don't know who is at fault but regardless that is inappropriate and incredibly homophobic. I went on my way because I didn't want to go inside and get hate crimed.

I wish I could give these guys less than one star. They suck pretty bad and their attitude is horrible. Regular pizza ordered received crossed that was thin and crunchy like a cracker halfway through the pizza. I called and asked for the manager. The guy who answered was the guy who made my pizza. He wouldn't put them on the phone. He left me and hold for 4 minutes and said that he even recognized that there are a couple of slices that weren't good but still served it. I asked for his name. He said it was confidential. I told him i was going to call corporate provide a bad Yelp.. He said nobody cares about the Yelp review. Never got any kind of customer service apology or any type of nice conversation. This fool was a j**** I say everybody who's got a problem with this place should contact Domino's corporate

Cold garbage is the only way do describe the crap they delivered to us and we paid $32 for.This place is lousy even for a Dominos and that's saying a lot.On top of it all they have someone taking phone calls that is rude and could care less about quality or service.

Worst service ever. Placed and order for large pizza hot wings and lava cakes. They forgot the lava cakes. When I called they conveniently said they forgot to add them on the bill. Even tho she repeated back my order. She then stated that if I still wanted them that it would be a new order and I would have to pay a fee. DONT USE THESE CLOWNS Dishonest crooks. I bet they’re eating my lava cakes right now.

Charges $3.75 to get 3 red pepper packets. Goto another location instead like San Gabriel and get for free.
