Dos Besos took me right back to Spain. We split several tapas and entrees and all of the food tasted natural, fresh, and flavorful. All dishes were cooked to perfection and seasoned with precision and care. Wonderfully curated wine list as well. The entire staff was incredibly kind and welcoming from entering to exiting the restaurant, and we could not have asked for a better experience overall. One of the best restaurants in the Pasadena and LA area!
My wife and I had an incredible time At Dos Besos! The best seafood paella in LA, hands down. Their sangria was dangerously good too. If they are offering the oxtail pasta as a special please also consider ordering that as well, it was phenomenal! I can’t believe I almost forgot the bread pudding too, we devoured it. Everyone on staff was so friendly and attentive, we can’t wait to go back!
Great outdoor seating and service, but so is everywhere in old town Pasadena. Nothing sets it a part in that regard.
The food was ok. I had the pulpo a la Gallega, patatas braves, and the seafood paella. The sauce on the patatas was more reminiscent of buffalo wings than traditional high-end paprika. Octopus was cooked correctly, so they had going. The rice on the Paella simmered a bit too long, had to scrape parts from the pan. Obviously, not as good as it...
