Food and vibes were great but I am severely disappointed that they call themselves a cafe when they don't offer WiFi to use contrary to such a welcoming studious environment . The three stars are because staff were excellent and provided great customer service.

This is the cutest place ever! You must come here and have any of their food the chocolate chip pancakes are to die for. The decor is adorable, and the cupcakes are amazing! Two thumbs up, and five stars for dots Café. We will come here again.

It's a good thing their cupcakes are good because the service is lacking. I always hate when I feel like I'm inconveniencing the girls who work there by ordering cupcakes. It's kinda always been like this. But we keep coming back!

I love coming here for breakfast and cupcakes. So tasty and light flavors..I have tried most cupcakes and nothing is too sweet or over piwering...today I tried the bakers choice of BP&J cupcake...as a person who doesn't enjoy peanut butter too much it was amazing..the way the peanut frosting blended with the jelly it was so yummy! I also grabbed a daily special with a vanilla latte and a bacon breakfast sandwich! They also offer meal preps and lunch!

Kids love coming here. It’s a special treat when we grab cupcakes or lunch at this place. Don’t have to say much about what to expect here… seasonal cupcakes and tasty sandwiches, salads for lunch. Love their variety of food and it’s a little bit more festive this time of year with their holiday decorations.

Food was great just never got to enjoy it! Honestly such a disappointing experience, we were recommended this place from a local we had just met and were so excited to eat here. When we got here we got even more excited because it was so cute inside. Sat and waited about 25 minutes for my friends food, Katherine apologized but never said anything about my food. Friend went and asked about getting ranch and then asked on behalf for my food. Young guy up front said it would be out in a minute. The curly haired young girl tried bringing out another persons food to me and I told her that wasn’t mine. I then asked her where MY food was and she said they didn’t have that order and had said they had given mine to someone else and they could get another order going and I told her then I wanted a refund. She seemed very apathetic I don’t know if she was the manager but Katherine didn’t come out to apologize. Overall such a terrible awful customer service experience, if you’re the manager or owner and you’re reading this please train Katherine and your other staff how to properly handle these situations. We will never return and never recommend to anyone ever.

Place looks cute, but not a fan of the food or drink, it was okay edible and definitely over priced for underwhelming no wow factor, staff were not memorable. The taste and flavor are off with the food and drink, it was a long wait yet not worth the wait and there was no line inside either. The coffee beans had a dull after taste, not flavorful for me. The cupcakes looks better than it taste unfortunately, it was dry, great decoration and photos though, it got my foot in the door, however that was it. I really wanted to like this place and find a new gem, but not it sadly. Free parking lot, but limited spaces.Parking: Small lot, but there are spaces and it is free.
