My sister got me the 4 pack of cupcakes for my birthday and all 4 of the cupcakes were rock hard and so dry they were completely inedible I shared them with my family and nobody wanted to eat them how could you sell something that especially when the cupcakes were not chap

What happened to dots? Their cupcakes were the best in LA. So moist, great flavors. I get why maybe with commercial rents it made sense to consolidate locations but the regular food is uninspiring and not that good and doesn’t do the brand justice. The cupcakes also seem to have declined a bit as well. No longer as moist but still great flavors. Still the best in LA but no longer untouchable.
Hoping that they’ll get back to the old cupcakes someday.

I always make it a point to go to dots when I'm in town from Seattle, I was bummed to find out that their fair Oaks location closed but delighted to see this one here on Colorado. It's bigger with more food options, café style. The cupcakes of course are still delicious, lots of great options. Beautiful cafe, friendly service.

We used Dots Cupcakes for our wedding and were thrilled with how our desserts turned out! Our guests loved the cupcakes and we know several people took some home for a post-wedding snack :) We booked their wedding package, which included a small cake for cutting and fresh flowers for decoration. It was really nice to have the cake for cutting so we could get those photos, while still being able to serve a variety of cupcake flavors to our guests. The fresh flowers looked lovely and the staff at Dots made sure to consider our wedding color scheme when selecting the flowers. Despite our venue being 40 miles from Pasadena, they delivered our cupcakes for only a small additional fee. Their communication over email was prompt and helpful, and they were patient with us as we worked out our wedding details over several months. We would recommend Dots for a wedding!

The employee there was quiet and did not greet us at all, could definitely use some customer service training to make people feel welcomed. Other than that, the place is clean and nicely decorated.

I recieved 6 mini cupcakes as a gift and I love them. I have a sweet tooth but I don't like too sweet. These cupcakes sweet enough and many types to choose from. Very nice decorations nice for gifting or going to a gathering without going empty handed. Or just treat urself, friends or family! Enjoy!

My neighbor gifted my kids and I a box of mixed cupcakes and omg, they're the best cupcakes I've ever had. The chocolate chip cupcakes with what seemed like mazapan frosting made me want to cry it was so good. I'm used to store bought cupcakes so this was a huge treat. Would really love to buy a box and just binge eat them ?

Was in town from AZ and have been a fan of Dots since I lived in California.I wasn’t a fan of the way the owner would not accept my cash.She had a machine that kept rejecting my $50 bills and my money was good.I felt like they were forcing me to pay with my card and this really disturbed me.When you can’t pay with hard earned money something is wrong with a business.I am questioning whether I will return again as I don’t want to support such nonsense. ????
