So annoying yelp says open, google says closed. I've called before and no one answers had to physically go and order. Food is great, but you guys are so frustrating to get ahold of and to even order. Fix your guys info or something

I love egg roll express! I grew up in this community and have been eating at this restaurant since I was a kid! Their food is so fresh, flavorful and delicious! It has gotten pricier over the years and most of their dishes come family style so I recommend coming for their lunch combo deals! I also recommend calling ahead because they don't have a very big wait area and it does take a while because food is made fresh! But I promise you it's definitely worth it! I recommend getting their chicken chow mein, the noodles are thick and so tasty! I also love their paper wrapped chicken! ?

Lunch specials are huge! Got the peppered beef and you get a side or rice, chow mein, small egg roll, piece of fried wonton ton skin, egg flour soup, hot sauce and sweet and sour sauce. All of this was $12 with tax. They have 2 more levels of prices so 3 lunch special prices all together.

Food is excellent and give you plenty to eat. Lunches are really good as egg flower soup is included where it is not in dinners. Prices are reasonable. Just a small hole in the wall with nothing to write home about; it is all in the food and service is fast. No eating space. And only take out.

I had a generally positive experience. The ambiance was simple but inviting, creating a cozy atmosphere. The staff members were friendly and attentive, making sure to provide quick service.he egg rolls were freshly prepared, and you could taste the quality of the ingredients. The crispy exterior was satisfying, and the fillings were flavorful. While the food was enjoyable, there was room for improvement in terms of the overall presentation and the variety of dipping sauces offered. It would have been nice to have a more extensive selection of sauces to complement the egg rolls. In conclusion, this is a decent spot for egg roll enthusiasts. With a bit of refinement in presentation and an expanded sauce selection, it has the potential to elevate the dining experience to the next level.

I had their food before and it was good. Ordered again through Grubhub and it said it was running late... then it said it was on its way at 6:30. By 8pm they never showed. Super rude to keep us waiting 2 hours and not give us any notice they wouldn't be delivering.

Wow I’ve never seen a chinese takeout place cook food that tasted so fresh and clean! The meat is good quality and every dish we ordered w vegetables has a surprisingly large amount. I ordered 4 dishes pickup to go and my food was ready in less than 10 min. Amazing and will be coming back!

Best fast Chinese food in San Gabriel valley. Service is fast and efficient. Only downside is they've kept their dining closed since COVID, so takeout only. Great if you live close, but sucks since I moved 3 cities away. Also, order ahead. Waiting area is very small, so you end up waiting in your car...order

Food was so fresh! It was made right after I ordered. I'm visiting so I ate inside. Even though it's a small space it looked clean. The bathroom was also clean. You can tell they care about how the food is made

Egg Roll Express has the best food. They have been in the same location for at least 25 years. I order there often and have never been disappointed. GREAT FOOD EGG ROLL EXPRESS !

The food was good, although it felt like it could do with a little bit more salt. I don't eat that much salt, so for me to feel it, it says a lot. Also, the people who work there make you feel like you're bothering them. They are not friendly. They are not rude but not friendly. Wish they would be.

Unfortunately, this establishment is not too sanitary. That should have been a red flag for me. We ordered basic chicken fried rice, and the rice was old or undercooked. I'm not sure why they would sell us food in that condition. My boyfriend and I were so disappointed when we returned home and realized that the food we purchased was not conducive for consumption. The food was thrown away, and we vowed never to return to this establishment.Vegetarian options: Vegetables and riceKid-friendliness: Not really kid friendly
