I think i ate all the bagels in there. Or so I’m told. And I haven’t bought one. Love every single one. Don’t know which one is my favorite. The next one was better than my last.

Fast and friendly, but the food is so weak. It’s like airplane food. Or high school cafeteria. Zero love. You can almost taste the business spreadsheet when you eat it. And very overpriced. How can this single egg and cheese on a bagel be worth $7? Oh sorry…$6.95.

The manager was very rude. Seem like he didn't want to be there. When asked to stop being rude, he threw a tantrum on refused service. He started throwing all the bagels back in the bins and stating that he was refusing service. Asked for his name, he refused to give it when asked. I've been there several times before. I've never seen this guy before. He said he was the manager. It's normally a good place to go. I guess I'll be visiting the one on Lake instead. People there are very helpful.

Not a real fluffy bagel when you order the egg bagel. Reminded me of the worst fast food I have had.

The cashier took my order and took it wrong somehow. First time there, so I didn't notice until I didn't get what I had ordered. Annabelle solved my problem with a smile and an upbeat attitude. Thank you, Annabelle!

Got two meals with coffee. They were good and they were ready quickly.

This place is absolutely atrocious. How old are the bagels you’re opting to serve to people? We ordered a blueberry bagel with honey almond spread, and the bagel itself is absolutely awful. A toasted bagel should be crispy and break apart easily with a bite correct? This is clearly not toasted as there is zero crunch, and the bagel itself is RUBBERY AND CHEWY!!! This is the second time I’ve tried your business and each time is an awful rubbery chewy experience. You’re a bagel shop for crying out loud. Such a waste of time and effort to go and get a bagel. If you bought out Noah’s, how is your quality so awful in comparison?? Make it make sense.

They changed the policy so you have to eat a dozen bagels in two weeks and have to have used the app to so it's just not viable if you are not a family of 5+. We had to drive far to come here. They not only shrunk the size of the bagels over the last couple of years and reduced the selection of cream cheeses but increased the prices and made the policy nasty. And please don't tell me the policy has changed yes I know the point is the change SUCKS.

Got the all nighter. Ir had no flavor. 2nd time I've been here and probably the last. The vanilla cold brew had one sip of vanilla and the chocolate cold brew was stuck at the bottom. Way overpriced for what was expected. The place was clean and the staff was nice though

All my life I enjoy a good bagel with cream cheese or with butter and jam or especially I enjoy with cream cheese with lox,you imagine any ingredients you can put on a bagel. This my first time at Einstein Bros Bagels trying out their bagels and their sandwiches and also their drinks. I step in it was kinda crowded people waiting for their order and others enjoying their bagels and their morning coffee. I went to their bagels and pastry display they have amazing bagels and assortment of flavors of bagels. I got in line decided to get bagels I order two blueberry bagels and one ancient grain bagel. The staff are very friendly.

Def got rancid cream cheese in my bagle yesterday. I always order toasted and it’s never toasted, barely even warmed up… the workers seem swamped tho and they do a good job so not hating on them.
