August 5 2024, after almost a year or more not sure, but it was the worst pollo loco I'd ever visit, today I came back and oooooooh Surprise!! Everything has changed, now service is super fast, I'm sure many people like me ran away but to those people I'm now recommended to go back, you will be surprised like me, I can even explain how this happens but it's real.
