August 5 2024, after almost a year or more not sure, but it was the worst pollo loco I'd ever visit, today I came back and oooooooh Surprise!! Everything has changed, now service is super fast, I'm sure many people like me ran away but to those people I'm now recommended to go back, you will be surprised like me, I can even explain how this happens but it's real. Thank you for that big change ?????????????

I've been to a lot of El pollo loco chains, but this one was really good. The food was fresh and tasty. I'll be coming back for sure. Wasn't too packed either very comfortable dining experience.
