I ordered the tortilla soup,classic tostada and the fit chicken salad.#1 I was told that the Tortilla soup was amazing not this place it was missing some flavor it looked and tasted like they forgot to add the onions and I got a piece of rib bone in my soup.#2 classic tostada and asked for avocado and I was given avocado salsa.#3 pollo fit chicken avocado salad with cilantro dressing. Salad was good I just think I should've had more than 1 slice of avocado.I don't mind prices going up to pay the employees more money for living but I think the employees need to have more pride in the job and give the customers what they are paying for. Without customers you don't have a job.... I won't come back to this El Pollo loco also the parking is terrible. Oh.. forgot to take photos...shoot!!!!

Food was old , dont go into the restaurant 30 before closing because they will sell you old cooked chicken or recooked hard chicken.
Good help but short handed. Had to wait longer than should have to order and same to receive my order to leave.Parking: Eighteen parking spots but numerous other businesses share the parking lot.Kid-friendliness: Yes.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.

El Pollo Loco is always great. The chicken tastes great and the sides are really good too. The burittos are delicious. Can't go wrong with El Pollo Loco.
For good, however, workers suck. They don't care how you feel or what you want to order. It's like hurry order so you can get out.

So even though I was extremely kind and polite to the staff. They gave me some cold chicken on my double chicken tostada bowl. Not only was the chicken cold. But it also had lil hairs all over the plastic top. Very disgusting. Never coming back.
I went there on 12/29/2023 and got noodles, orange chicken and beef broccoli. The noodles and chicken were okay, but the beef broccoli was awful. As I went through the line the beef broccoli in the pan was old with a few pieces of old beef and mostly broccoli. The server said they were making some more and would give me the fresh food when it was ready. I went to the bathroom and when I came back my meal was packaged to go. I thanked them and left. When I got home I saw the nasty dregs of beef broccoli as my order. I'll never go back to this Panda Express again!

Service was okay but my mom and I came to have a lunch and each item we got came with avocado and they served us both these nasty brown over ripe avocado slices that just put us off our appetites . GROSS !!! Negative stars if I can !!!!
