This was my second visit to Entre Nous French Bistro, and it absolutely confirmed what I felt the first time—this place is a hidden gem. We came yesterday to celebrate my sister’s birthday, and everything about the evening was simply perfect.
We were a party of five and shared a variety of dishes that showcased the kitchen’s finesse and authenticity. We started with the Daily Pick Oysters, which were impeccably fresh and beautifully presented. The Tartare de Saumon was bright and delicate, and the Escargots de Bourgogne were everything you’d hope for—garlicky, buttery, and so satisfying. The Homemade Duck Pâté was another standout—rich, rustic, and perfectly paired with fresh baguette slices.
For entrées, we had the Filet Mignon, Rack of Lamb, Magret de Canard, French Fries, and the Salmon special of the day. Every single dish was a hit. The meats were expertly cooked to temperature, the sauces were layered and flavorful, and the sides were just as impressive. Even the fries deserve a shoutout—crispy, golden, and addictive.
The service was warm, professional, and incredibly thoughtful. They made sure my sister felt celebrated, and we never once felt rushed. The ambiance is cozy and intimate, with just the right touch of French charm.
Entre Nous continues to impress, and it’s quickly becoming one of my favorite restaurants in town. Whether it’s a special occasion or just a night out, this bistro delivers every time. Already looking forward to visit number three!

Absolute and utter ripoff....
I come from a very high-end restaurant & hotel background, and when a restaurant that connot deliver food, on time (first courses ordered together but came 15 minutes apart -2 salads?), and other said food (duck confit leg -$27) shows up limp, lifeless, & grossly underseasoned...well, you have a problem....
That's only the start....my message to the owners is this...This is NOT Westhampton in the middle of Summer, folks...and we were not the only table with issues...
Horrible value, indifferent service, and a Special occasion not recognized....
Entre Nous is a Money-Grab from start to finish....
We happily left before dessert....
Buyer beware...

Located in a charming part of town, Entre Nous has a cozy, welcoming atmosphere and attentive service. We started with the French onion soup and escargot—both were flavorful and well-prepared.
However, the experience went downhill from there. Their Pilsner on draft is $12 and served in what looks like a half-pint glass. For that price, you’d expect a proper pint pour, at the very least.
The biggest disappointment was the duck à l’orange. Recommended by our server and priced at $51, it was shockingly bland. The sauce was watery and flavorless, the steamed vegetables were uninspired, and the portion size was underwhelming.
To top it off, a bottle of still Evian water is $11—which feels excessive, even for a fine dining establishment.
Overall, the meal felt overpriced and underwhelming. Aside from the starters, nothing really justified the cost.

Food was underseasoned and overpriced. We were the only people in the restaurants 7p on a Thursday. They forgot an entire dish and our sea bass came out severely undercooked. Their wine list was underwhelming. We spent $400 for dinner for 3.

Wow, had the second worst experience at a restaurant in my life just now. We ordered oysters, the second oyster was rotten. Our server did not apologize and only offered comping the oysters (we only ate 4 out of 6, 1 was rotten). The server did not take it seriously at all or how obscene it was to serve a bad oyster. From the first google result “ Yes, restaurants absolutely should always check for bad oysters before serving them, as oysters can carry harmful bacteria even if they appear visually fine, and proper inspection is crucial to ensure food safety for customers; if an oyster is open and doesn't close when tapped, smells off, or looks discolored, it should be discarded.” We stayed because we were starving but what happened next was even more surreal. The server said he apologized (he did not, hence why I was even more upset). He was then incredibly defensive when he later came up to us. The bartender seemed to be trying to placate but did so unsuccessfully by saying it was a cultural difference? I’ve been to France many times and I think they would be ashamed and very apologetic from the get go. After barely touching our entrees we asked for the check as they were bland and terrible and the server again refused to apologize or take accountability in a normal way, he preferred to comp our bill without making eye contact by physically taking our unpaid bill..Incredibly embarrassing.

Excellent spot for French food in Old Town Pasadena. Came with some coworkers for a work social event and we were able to split some appetizers and desserts. We enjoyed the escargot and tarte tatin a lot!

The best French Restaurant and food I’ve eaten at. That’s how I’ll start the review, as that’s the only thing that needs to be said. The food is to die for, and the menu is as authentic French as it can ever be. On top of that I left my credit card and my waiter ran it to me all the way at the traffic light. Genuinely good authentic French food, good staff, and environment.
Park at the Delacy parking structure it’s cheap and convenient as it’s very close to it.

Food was rich, thick sauced and buttery but not tasteful. The duck confit was chewy, ribeye was pounded down and thin to make up for the fact it wasn’t a premium cut, burger was so fatty and heavily covered in sauce. Probably one of the worst restaurant we have been to this year…how does a French restaurant mess up duck confit.

We have been coming here once a year for many years. This was the most disappointing experience of all those years. Our server, Elliot, was great. However, the food came out cold. Then they tried warming it up, and the potatoes still came out cold. The fish was cold. Sadly, I think this place has gone downhill and will not plan to visit here again. I will note that they did comp us the fish. So sad.
