The food was fresh and damn good. The staff were all friendly and really helpful. The dining room was clean, but the bathroom could have used just a bit of cleaning. First time having Fat Burger and am not sure why people don't rave about it the way they do In-n-Out.

I recently visited the smaller Fatburger in Pasadena, which has about 8 tables and a high-top bar area. The service was friendly and outgoing, with two people working on a quiet Sunday.

However, I was disappointed with the 6-piece boneless wings. They were sitting in a pool of hot sauce instead of being properly tossed, which isn’t typical of Fatburger. I’ve had better wings at other locations, and I believe this inconsistency is a management issue. Despite...
