I met a relative here for a cup of coffee and possibly breakfast. I NEVER got my coffee!! I paid for it, my guest received hers. I went to check and see why other numbers were called and not mine…was told they were working on it. After 40 minutes I asked where my coffee was and then I asked for a refund because they were clueless as to what happened to my order. They were shocked that they hadn’t given me my coffee. They looked and acted confused. They then offered to make it, I told them I no longer wanted it. I wanted a refund and was told “only the manager can give the refund”. I asked to speak to the manager and was told no could not as they were not in. I was told the business did not have a phone for me to call the manager and one worker did not have the managers phone number. She took my info to tell the manager I wanted a refund. I insisted that someone had to have a way to reach the manager. I received an email. I will say this…if you don’t care how long you have to wait for a coffee, go for it. I will NEVER recommend this place nor will I go back. No one is trained in customer service or handling orders in an efficient manner - let alone dealing with someone who never received an order or to do a refund.

Not what we were hoping for. They didn’t know what a cortado was. And when we received our cappuccinos they were 99% milk and 1% coffee taste. If you want Japanese style, sweet, boba or ube style drink- this is your place. If you want authentic, balanced, artisan coffee… go to M&E in San Marino l.

This place is beyond dirty. It's filthy. And that's the customer area.... imagine what it's like where they prepare your food. ?

The Earl Grey latte is SO GOOD!! I'd say this shop is a little pricey, but if you sign up for their rewards programs the points stack up past and you'll be getting a free drink or food item before you know it. I love that this coffee shop always has friendly staff and a peaceful atmosphere. Also has some outdoor seating if you want to bring your pup!!

This is a very cozy, welcoming creamery/coffee shop. Most shops can barely do one thing well, Fika Fika affords itself the opportunity of being able to execute both at the highest level. I had three "Mochi Paw Cakes", and they were delicious (they're like the Taiyaki, the fish-shaped pastry that made SomiSomi famous. They may actually be the same thing, it's just that these ones are shaped like cat paws). My two other friends had drinks and they enjoyed those too. The inside is perfect for studying or just hanging out in general. Definitely highly recommend. Service was great too!

Fika Fika has been bookmarked for a while and today was the day to go. Walking in, you can see how study friendly the place is. There's about 6 tables available for you and your friends to use, and there's bar-styling seating as well. From the looks of it, there are outlets but I'm not too sure of how many. The music they play is at the perfect volume varying from pop music to K-Pop. The employees are nice and recommended I get the Fika Fika coffee blend with my iced caramel latte ... DELICIOUS! It wasn't over powering in the slightest! The best part was that they had mochi pastries in the shape of cat paws ! They were so warm and yummy! And I regret sharing them!

Mango-Green Tea iced drink 9/10I was in Pasadena looking for a decent place to get some work done, and this one worked out well. They have Wi-Fi , a reachable outlet, and convenient street parking. Alternatively, it seems like a sweet spot for a casual hang out as well. Service was excellent and the people were really nice .

This is the same business that's located in Arcadia that I raised about just a couple of months ago. And Arcadia I had the avocado toast, the golden one, and it was amazing! Today, at this new spot in Pasadena I decided to try the Ube latte. I got it 25% sweet and it was perfectly balanced! Great coffee, presence of ube, and not too sweet. Service was outstanding and patient because I typically have complicated and indecisive orders. Sorry about that guys!
