So sad... came back today to get the delicious quiche and the chocolate croissant and saw this sign! So sorry to hear about this business closing! The pastries were delicious and we can tell the owners cared about their products and their customers! You will be missed!
Absolutely some of the best croissants in Pasadena! They’re just like the ones in France, super buttery. The service is wonderful too, everyone is friendly and their baguettes are also perfectly baked. No-frills establishment, they know their stuff ??
Still my favorite bakery. I learned about this place when I was working in Pasadena a few years ago. I live in Burbank, but I'll make the trip to Pasadena for FrenchiFornia.
I love their macarons, finacier almond cakes, opéra cakes, canelés and kouign amann. The taste is excellent, because it's not overloaded with too much sugar; "delicate" would be a word I would especially use for the macarons.
