So thankful I read the comments! This is one of those gimmicky "multi-kitchen" establiments. They aren't experts in any of the food they cook here.

I’m glad they offer vegan options and that their pies are thin crust. The food is definitely superior at one of their actual locations than a kitchen like this spot. Gave it an extra star for this. Ordering pizza with friends? Fresh Brothers is a good option if you have one or two vegans in your group. Gives us an actual option instead of a pie without cheese.TIP: Stick to the vegan pepperoni and double up on the vegan pepperoni. Ask them for a slightly shorter cooking time so it doesn’t get the vegan pepperoni too chard.Location: Seen better days. Minimal seating. Kind of felt like an elementary school cafeteria. A few years ago, it felt cool and welcoming. I’m sure a little TLC would make it more of a vibe.Happy Munchies,@aVeganAndHer

If I can give this place a negative I would. Do your selves a favor... do not order from here. I was craving pizza and thought to give this place a chance but never again!!! The dough was completely RAW. How can someone actually put this in a box idk. I ordered a cheese pizza and cinnamon twists. I took a bite into dough. Literally cold raw dough. I then called the place and asked how can someone be this incompetent that they would literally put raw dough and deliver it to someone... HOW? And he hung up the phone then I called again and said to give the phone to a manager or someone above him and he then lied and said he was by himself. As if they only have 1 person working in the entire restaurant, then when I asked you're the only one working he said "did you not hear me the first time" service-0 food-0. Save your money don't overpay for dough

When I tried Fresh Brothers in Manhattan Beach, I knew I wanted to try it here in Pasadena! My order was promised at 8:03pm. I came to pick it up at 8:18. They said I needed to wait another 20 minutes for my pizza Common courtesy, at least give an email or text to say it's delayed

We have been looking for a good, take out pizza restaurant for years now and I can finally say we've found it! I tried Fresh Brothers pizza for the first time last week when our office had some delivered to our staff room. There were 5 different pizzas - all looked great - but the one that caught my eye was the Charcotta. It was delicious with it's crispy pepperoni cups and dollops of ricotta cheese! I only had 1 piece (I could have eaten the whole thing, but I had to share with my co-workers) and I knew this would not suffice. When I got home, I told my family that we were having Fresh Brothers for dinner! Ordering was easy and pick up worked out well too. Kitchen United is like a "behind the scenes" food court. You can order from numerous restaurants who, I believe, share a large kitchen. Your food gets brought to the counter and you are on your way. Kitchen United does have a few tables inside if you want to eat there. I had never had Fresh Brothers before and didn't realize they were a chain with more traditional restaurants nearby. So, we are happy to have found our new "go to" pizza place and will continue to order from Fresh Brothers whenever we feel our pizza craving coming on!

What a disappointment! I paid $70 for 2 pizzas that were not worth of $5 ingredients such as rip off.I had fresh brothers twice before in Irvine and Glendale, and when I realized there is one in Pasadena I ordered online and went to pick up. We had guests over and promised them this is a great place and the pizzas are the best. I drove there and there is no sign of the place, then I asked around where is 561 Green st (the door was locked) and someone pointed me towards a side entrance on Madiaon. So, this place is multi restaurant place with no service or dine in. Bunch of self serve iPads. I got hone excited, when we opened the boxes we were all disappointed. I requested extra crispy, and that was one thing it wasn't. I paid $3.75 for 5 half slices of salami, $3.75 13 microscopic mushroom slices, and several SPOTS of un-melted cheese and thick tomato paste chunks. The dough was still wet and uncooked. So never again!!!

What an awful "pizza?" the nerve to call it that!!! A truthful disappointment! Can't believe y'all are allowed to sell that and call it Pizza. Little Caesars run circles around this "pizza?" Wish I could go back in time and stop myself from such a stupid mistake!! Fa' schiffo!!!

The pizza tasted like any other pizza I've had before. Nothing great about it. If you're looking for overpriced regular pizza, this is it.

Fresh brother Pasadena is very consistent with the quality of their food. It is better than most the chains (above Dominoes, Little Ceasars, Pizza Hut), as good as Blaze pizza, but it a really different style than Blaze. Blaze is small, personal pizzas, and Fresh brother is your more traditional Large slice, Like take up your whole plate slice. Yet, not as good as the non-chain pizza places in Pasadena (Not at good as Fuji and Viz, or Brooklyn square, or Pinnochios Pizzas). The ingredients do taste fresh, and their dough has a nice chew. I would prefer the dough to be thinner, but that just my preference. The Hawaiian Pizza - I enjoyed, the ham was delicious, and they put a good amount. The pineapple was standard but overall good. Pepperoni, mushroom, sausage- Good pizza, fresh ingredients, nice chew, i liked the minimal crust so I ate the crust. Surprisingly the crust was the thinnest part of the pizza, i wish the whole pizza was as thin as the crust. Vegan pizza- I like everything but the Vegan pepperoni, it texture was not appealing to me and the taste odd. Im got Vegan, so maybe people who are Vegan, love it, if so...my bad. This place is cool to get a pie with your kids, get them a basic cheese or pep slice and you have a fancier slice for you, with ricotta, or vegan sausage, it has all you need for an affordable price. Worth giving it a try! Dragon Egg approved!

The first time we had their pizza was years ago at their Burbank location, we thought the best pizza ever. We were happy when they opened the kitchen in Pasadena because it was a lot closer to home only 20 miles one way. We were also happy that they had a rewards program, but looks like the rewards have been discontinued at the beginning of January? Emailed the 'contact' link with no response. No longer worth the drive, the pizza is just a pizza that we can find local to home, cost less, same taste. The last time we had a great pizza from Fresh Brothers was June 2021. Whoever made our pizza that day put all of our ingredients under the cheese instead of on top which gave the pizza the best taste ever.

The best pizza among the well known chains. The ingredients are always fresh and the pies cook to perfection.

Ghosts kitchen & worker at the location was BEYOND rude. Food was good but stone cold even though I got it in the timeframe I was given for pick up. NOT WORTH the nearly $100 for 2 small salads & 2 medium pizzas!!!!
