Food was great. Their squash blossoms were worth going for. So Good! Our Pizza had a generous amount of Italian Sausage. We also enjoyed the Pear and Apple salad.

For decades Gale's has been consistently tasty, excellent service and the best Italian around. Our table was by the door and a little small but everyone wanted to be inside because it was so hot outside and we reserved kind of last minute. The bartenders Old Fashioned was perfect and he helped us select a white wine for dinner based on our tastes. Our server was fabulous and timed all 4 courses, including our to go dessert order with ice cream, perfectly. Our ice cream wasn't melted when we got home and the crostada on top of which we put the ice cream was phenomenal.

Always a favorite! For first timers or regulars, like us! Only concern is temperature in restaurant was extremely warm the day we went. But, love the restaurant!

We are regular customers at Gale's because we love it so much. Delicious food, delightful atmosphere, and the service is superb. We always hope that Javier will be our server. He's especially wonderful!

- Indoor AC did not work. It was super hot. - Foods were served all at once. Felt rushed. - Ordered Risotto, it was under cooked. - Server barely attended us. - Overall the experience was terrible. Never again!

Always a wonderful experience and love the Italian food and great service. We eat under their outside tent, bring our puppy and they welcome her with fresh water. Dailey specials are a treat! Bread yummy... We can't pass up “Brother Jerry's” dish!

My experience at Gail‘s was very delightful. My family was able to sit outside and had great customer service. The food was so delicious and fresh. They have the best coconut cake ever I highly recommend this place for some true Italian dishes and I only be coming back definitely

Great experience. We're from Scottsdale. Super fresh and perfectly cooked pasta and seafood. Fab!

Gale's longstanding reputation in Pasadena is still being upheld. We enjoyed our lunch "special" pasta (short rib ravioli arrabbiata - $26) and spinach lasagna ($25), and our guests loved their very generously-portioned meatball sandwiches with marinara and pasta salad ($20) and minestrone soup or New England clam chowder (each $8). Our server was excellent, giving us plenty of time to enjoy our food, and others in the front-of-house assisted kindly with our handicapped guest. We watched the dessert chef prepare our dessert, frosted coconut cake ($15), which was large enough for all four of us to share. We will definitely return.

Food was good with lots of options but the area to sit outside wasn’t exceptional. Parking lot was full at 1 p.m.

Gale's is a nice quaint spot to have lunch or dinner. The food is better than average, no complaints. The atmosphere/ambiance is mediocre and a little blah, but you don't go dine here for atmosphere. It's really for the food and an intimate setting. The service is A+. Servers are awesome and on it! Kudos to their service team.

Gale: You are a great cook! Your restaurant serves some of the best food in Pasadena and that's saying a lot. For example, I have never been able to find Minestrone soup that can compete with yours and believe me, I have tried. Shauna Clark

Vegetarian lasagna tasted like made from frozen..no flavor. Mushroom/garlic Pizza was just okay. Good service but not sure we would go back again.
