Gaucho Grill Pasadena

Our server is wonderful, very attentive, not just our server but all of the staff are great very good customer service.Food is very delicious worth the value. The place is very nice and inviting.

Great Food and ambiance. We especially liked the short rib empanada and seafood paella. Very fast service too. We did not wait too long as we are all very hungry!

The food was good, which is why this experience was such a letdown. Unfortunately, the service really missed the mark. The restaurant appeared severely understaffed, and as a result, even asking for something simple felt like an inconvenience. We were there to celebrate my mom's birthday, so the service put a damper on what should have been a special evening. While I understand staffing challenges, the overall experience made us feel more like a nuisance than guests. I'd recommend skipping this location and choosing one of their other locations instead, where the food quality might be paired with better service.

great choice for an intimate family thanksgiving day dinner food was delish no complaints. terrific waiter and service lovely time!

One of the worst restaurants I’ve been to in LA tbh. The food isn’t terrible but the service is comically terrible. I’ve been here a couple times and it’s always the same. There’s never really anyone there , maybe 3 out of 25 tables occupied, and yet it still takes your server 10mins take take your drink order and 20 to serve it.. they’re just sort of chillin and act like you’re inconveniencing them… I still tipped 20% and the server seemed surprised lol. Food isn’t bad but I won’t be going back here. Weird vibes

Our waiter was very attentive to our needs. Service was quick. As always the food is excellent. Very consistent.

Meat lacked any flavor and was extremely chewy. Our experience at Malbec was much better and we were excited to try Gauchos only to be let down. Sides were also lackluster. Definitely recommend Malbec between the two restaurants.

This used to be my favorite restaurant. I used to love the Pollo, but when I ordered it here, it looked awful old and dried out. It was a bad experience.

My friends and I we had a good experience while celebrating a dual birthday celebration for two of my friends. The ambience was delightful, the food preparation and presentation were outstanding; also the beverage selections was impressive, suited to our preferences. Our server demonstrated efficiency and attentiveness throughout the afternoon ensuring all our needs were met. We all had a great time.

Order the parrillada ultimate not bad but also not that great
