You walk in and instantly know this is a community gathering spot. Group of old retired guys cracking jokes in the corner over coffee and donuts. Multiple people recognizing neighbors and catching up. That’s a beautiful thing. Donuts and coffee were good. Definitely check this place out, you can feel the soul of the area here.
Quintessential LA family run donut shop. Between multiple visits, they are extremely consistent, both in friendliness and donut freshness. My go to is the apple fritter, but their cake donuts are fantastic as well. They're crispy on the outside, but still soft and cakey inside, while being surprisingly light too, not as dense as other cake donuts can be.
Friendly service and delicious fluffy traditional donuts at traditional prices .. if you enjoy fresh fluffy flavorful donuts, check this place out. The staff are friendly and helpful.
