Portion size are small now which is not worth $12 for the lunch special. They give you 70 percent rice instead of the main dish. The container to go change too since the Covid-19 smaller portions.

Now open after almost 4 month closure.Totally redone interior very nicely done diffrent menu from before more upscale than before ,food was very good definitely would recommend trying went back to restaurant on 2/ 27there were two different parties and ourselves at the restaurant it was not busy we seated ourselves and waited five minutes the girl behind the cash register that was the only employee visible totally ignored us after 5 minutes we got up and walked out we are approximately 20 year patrons of this restaurant very shocked at reception

This spot is my favored. I visit plenty of restaurants but to this place I go the most. The team is very affectionate and the cooking they place on your table is so good. I am always happy to have a nice dinner here. I recommend this place with pleasure.

11-17-2019 - closed for remodel - inside of place is taken apart - paper sign said they would be closed 1 to 2 weeks as of 10-14 - but they are still closed today - phone issues also.

Best Chinese restaurant in Pasadena area period. Big portions, flavor can't be beat, sides are big and delicious. These guys are always consistent. No one can do better kung Pao chicken or beef in all of southern California. Egg drop soup will change your life. Chicken fried rice murders all competition.
