GREAT selection of Gelato. Friendly owner and YUMMY YUMMY food. We went back for seconds. Literally some of the best sweets ive had. He also uses like fresh milk and all these other things to make them healthier than average sweets!! Check them out!!

their gelato is ? ? ?even if you get a size small for a cup, you’re still able to get 2 flavors. i got mint chip and charcoal (vanilla + chocolate + charcoal)??? i enjoyed it! it was like a less sweet version of cookies and creamthey also have dairy free / sorbet options for those like us who are lactose intolerant, but i don’t mind destroying my bladder for some good gelato it’s a small store but the vibe is excellent, staff was patient with me as i looked over all the flavors when deep down i store i already knew what i was gonna get ?my fat chiwennie (dog breed) was also welcomed ^^will def be coming back to see if i’m ever responsible enough to get a dairy free gelato ??Parking: parking garage is a few feet away from hello gelato (on fair oaks) or there’s street parking too but can be tough cause it’s california

They have a big sign saying sugar free and low calorie options. After waiting in line 10 minutes I learned it's only two sugar free flavors and they don't have calorie info.Most people probably don't care about that but a few of us care a lot. It's borderline false advertising the way they do it.

Wow, don't pass this place up!! Their gelato is SUPER FLAVORFUL and STRONG, each bite amazingly saturated with flavor. I had their mango and taro. Tried the matcha as well. None of these flavors disappointed. Would highly recommend. Great service and clean, little benches outside to sit and enjoy. It's a cute little shop in downtown Pasadena where you can take a night stroll and enjoy the nightlife or walk off a heavy meal. One of the best gelato places I've visited. Would definitely visit again. Happy eating!!
We love the options. Especially all the dairy-free choices for my wife. The lemon sorbet she got was really good! My son surprisingly chose the charcoal flavor. We all left satisfied. I especially enjoyed the gentleman who served us, and how informative and friendly he was in answering our questions and offering us samples. Expect at most two samples per person before making your choice.

I recently visited Gelato Hello, and I must say, I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The three types of gelato I tried had absolutely nothing to do with the flavors they were supposed to represent. It was like a flavor mismatch gone wrong. I couldn't even recognize what I was eating.Honestly, I'm baffled as to how this place is still in business. The only redeeming aspect was the friendliness of the woman working there, but unfortunately, that couldn't make up for the complete letdown in terms of the gelato itself. I won't be returning to Gelato Hello again.

When I was in college I used to enjoy going here a lot. After 20 years that I haven't been here they still remember me. I felt joy in my heart. The owners are kind the people that work here have amazing customer service. I highly suggest you go there. They care about there customers that is why they have survived business I wish them the best always.
