Visiting from out of town and was so happy to try this entirely gluten free gem! The staff was so friendly, we had breakfast biscuits, donuts, coffee and more. Everything was so good. I also got a caramel bread pudding to go and it was amazing. Like another reviewer said, thank you for existing!!

I'm always obsessed with the people working here, they're so friendly and extroverted it makes me jealous Their seasonal drinks are very tasty! i think last fall they had a brown sugar cardamom latte that I still think about.... i wish they'd bring it back just for me...... Highly love and recommend the food. nothing is too sweet and the location is really good. It's fun to people watch as you eat your donut! You could easily study here too but I would much rather chit chat with the fine folks running the place

Great GF delicacy's. Owner is wonderful and passionate. Love this gem. Conveniently located just east of old Pasadena.

This Bakery has a wide selection of donuts. There are many unique flavors and combinations. I got the Ube donut and the Blood Orange donut. Both are very tasty. The coffee they have is great as well. The only thing they need is to have better signage to express that they are open. But overall it was a great experience ? .Dietary restrictions: There is a sign showing any allergens that may come in contact with the food or is in the food. The staff will also let the customer know more about what other allergens are in the food. For drinks they have oat milk, and almond milk for substitutes.Wheelchair accessibility: The door is large enough to allow wheelchair users to enter and exit. Leveled flooring and tables are spaced out to allow free range of movement for wheelchair users.

Warm and friendly service, delicious food, and a spacious environment. It was like a cozy, creative space to enjoy with friends and family. The baristas are fantastic, patient with customers and each other. Overall, a kind place, and I look forward to returning

I had so much hope for this place. I thought it would be like Donut Friend but with better flavors. Flavors were fine but texture of the “donuts” were SO BAD that I couldn’t even finish one. Not to mention they are crazy overpriced. Bad bad bad

Tasty donuts and drinks, and we really appreciate the effort to make vegan, gluten free donuts without sacrificing flavor. However, the donuts are pretty small, and at $5+ each, you're paying 2-3x more than your run-of-the-mill LA donut shop for a similar serving.

my boyfriend and i tried hello you're welcome for the first time this morning! we've been living in pasadena for three years and haven't found a gluten free vegan bakery this good in town yet! we got the cinnamon roll, chocolate sprinkles, and maple pecan donut. after the first bite i literally said OH SHIT WOW because it was so good!!!!!!!!! i have seen some reviews on here complaining about the price but to me it's more than worth it for the quality of the ingredients and the allergy friendly recipe! i cannot wait to come back. we also both got oat milk lattes that are some of the best lattes we've ever had. the ambiance is really welcoming and fresh and so are the customer service staff! cannot recommend enough!!!!!!!!!!!

Upon arriving, it was difficult to find the place because it is new and the signs aren't quite up yet. There is ample amount of parking near and around the cafe. The interior was beautifully decorated and clean and inviting. Staff was so friendly and explained ind retail about all the items and the ingredients thoroughly. Finally, a place where I can enjoy treats that are gluten free and have good for you ingredients. I purchased a half dozen doughnuts, of which I've so far tried the rose and creme brulee. The rose doughnut was perfectly balanced sweet, light and delicious. The creme brulee doughnut was also delicious and light. They also offer vegan options and low sugar options sweetened with link fruit with high protein content. I will definitely be back for more!

I appreciate and am always stoked to visit a 100% gluten free establishment. The location is great. We parked a few blocks down, on the street, and enjoyed walking over.We chose 4 Donuts to share. We did not care for the Oreo cookie donut. Way too sweet with a weird aftertaste. The other Donuts were tasty, yet dense- the maple, the double chocolate, and the one that resales a hostess Cupcake (that was my favorite). There were also other breakfast items, such as a Frittata, bread pudding, egg sandwiches, etc. that I would like to try next time.My husband isn't a cheese-eater, so those items with cheese mostly didn't appeal to him. This place seems new, and as a celiac of almost 20 years who has eaten gluten free food all over the world, I will offer several suggestions and I hope some might help this Cafe have longevity. We didn't like our drinks. They were very mediocre. Besides perfecting the Cappuccino and chai latte preparation, add a shaker of cinnamon to the stirring area of the coffee pickup station.Add seasonal items that are decorated for the season. It's January, so a Melting Snowman in the CA sun, etc would be cute on a decorated gf cookie, for example. Peppermint or hot chocolate flavored items, etc. Cake pops decorated with shimmery sprinkles and a snowflake, etc.Have to-go boxed and wrapped goodies to purchase, such as mini gf whoopee pies, Fudge, royal icing decorated cookies, gf s'mores (like they have at Rocky Mountain Chocolate), etc.Freshly made gf toast topped with Avocado and sprouts, Cake pops decorated cute, gf bagels with a schmear of vegan or reg cream cheese, and even soup. Soup is Very hard to get gluten free. In winter, lots of us would go nuts for soup and a crusty gf roll.My favorite gluten free Donuts are from Do Rite Donuts in Chicago.I would also enjoy the option to order and pay on a tablet kiosk, and have the food brought to my table. The foods should also be labeled with all ingredients and designations as Vegan, gf, dairy free, nut free, etc. I overheard other customers asking which items were vegan, so it must have been unclear.I hated the artwork on the wall.I like themes, so a nature theme with happy plants and animal prints for wall art would suit me better. Hello is in the name, so perhaps quirky cute animal prints with the animals saying hello in various ways.Dietary restrictions: 100% gluten free Bakery! Lots of vegan options.
