Honestly love when we get to go here. The food is fantastic. The hospitality is so kind. The whole place is such a vibe and lovely people. We had the friend chicken and the shrimp and grits. We got the gumbo and biscuits to go so we could have them for breakfast the next morning.
Always a wonderful experience. Food is fun and delicious, always a warm and welcoming vibe. Always get the gumbo. The fried oysters are crispy, light and melt in your mouth. I could eat the remoulade with a spoon.
We had a delicious dinner at Henry Parsons Project. I had the fried oysters as an appetizer. The portion was so large that I took most of my main dish home as leftovers. My husband had the brussel sprouts and shrimp and grits, while I had the noodles with peanut sauce and okra. We accompanied our meal with a yummy Chardonnay.
