I've dined indoors once but I usually get takeout; regardless, the food is always on point. My usuals are Tikka Masala with chicken, and the Vindaloo with chicken; with the Garlic Naan. I have yet to try other dishes but I'm always craving the same dishes.

Such a wonderful experience having lunch here. It was quiet right when they opened on a Thursday and the service was so friendly! Got the Chicken Tikka Masala lunch special with a couple of appetizers and it hit all the right taste notes. Sweet, savory, creamy. And their Masala tea was so heavenly! Definitely worth a return trip!

Delicious food! Both meat and vegetable dishes were good! Would definitely recommend especially if someone in your group is vegetarian.

The toughest customers to impress for any restaurant are the ones who belong to the country where the cuisine the restaurant is serving originates. Let me tell you, as a Nepali person, this is the one of the restaurants that really impressed me with their food. Yes, they have limited Nepali delicacies in their menu (a norm with Nepali restaurants in the US), but oh my, they are excellent! Their mo:mo: is a must have. Tilak was a very gracious host. The atmosphere is cozy. The location is great. The decor and music took me back home. I would highly recommend this place.

Nice Cozy Nepali restaurant. Loved everything we ate here. We tried the momo, Himalayan platter, chicken curry, paneer saag, mango lassi, and Masala tea. Everything was very good. I wish we had this restaurant closer to where I live. People were very friendly too. It's was a pleasant surprise to have found Nepali beer here. Just wish that there were more authentic dishes available in the menu.

We ordered the lamb biryani and the lamb roll, both spicy. The food was delicious with a slow, building heat that was perfect and didn’t take away from the flavor. The service was also top notch!

If you ever want to judge the authenticity of a restaurant just see the number of native people eating there. You will never find Indians eating here (with some exceptions - might be their first time).

This was hands down one of the worst Indian food I've had in the country in the past 5 years of living in several different parts of the country.

The curry was not at all what it said on the menu. The noodles were just oil and salt.

Anyone who likes the food here has either not had better Indian food or is paid to write a review.

On top of that the owner is not very friendly either!!

We ended up leaving the food and eating elsewhere.

P.S: The music is not authentic Indian music. They have just done interior to feel that way.

SAVE YOUR MONEY! FIND A BETTER RESTAURANT!!

The food here is really bad! It is nothing Himalayan or North India and just a bad cook claiming to prepare dishes which are undercooked and unhealthy! We ordered chowmein noodles and it had so much salt that it was unbearable and impossible to eat. The gravy tikka masala was very undercooked and just felt like someone had mixed cream and tomato sauce together and served it without making any efforts on cooking and letting the gravy blend together! We told the waiter all this when they asked but their response was meh as if they didnt care much to improve and had a target audience that they planned to continue fooling! If you are looking for traditional food then please dont visit here because these people are just fooling you on what that tastes like!

A hidden gem. We skipped the $13 lunch specials for spinach/paneer, chickpeas and the best lamb biriyani I’ve ever had. I’m not a fan of strong flavors and have never eaten Himalayan food before. Compared to Indian food, the flavors are less complex, mild, not spicy and more enjoyable. Did not feel like a heavy meal. Plenty of leftovers. Skip the plain paratha.

Some of the yummiest food I’ve ever eaten! Can’t wait to come back and try more of the menu :)
