It’s exactly what you want from a quick service Chinese food restaurant - the spicy orange chicken was great! And the portions are HUGE- I ordered a side of chow mein for lunch tomorrow but I had left overs from my combo still, enough for lunch! Lots of food for a good price

Great prices and yummy food. Customer service was great, I got what I wanted and they really load up the tray. I will definitely be back next time I’m in the area. To put it in the poetic words of my friend, “This is so good I’m boutta bust”.
I went in with 20$ and got combo a with the steamed rice chow mein supposedly 8. With some change decided to pick up the fortune cookie bag. The lady then charged me 2 something more. Then she took my 10 $ change and she said it was 3$ for the cookies. I (not really paying attention said ok) and she handed me the change...now I am home with 2$ left in my pocket.

(Sigh) This trip to So. Cal trying new restaurants was more of a disappointment then previous trips. We wanted some takeout to get ready for the UCLA basketball game, and we didn't want a mainstay. So, we found this place. I was hoping for some delicious hot and sour soup to help with a current sinus issue. I think this was an Irish version: I've never had hot and sour soup before that had potato and cabbage in it. Gross....the potato was undercooked as well. Lastly, huge chunks of onion it. As someone with an onion food intolerance, I wasted $8 on NOT and sour soup. The chow mein was flavorless and had no veggies in it. The broccoli beef was decent enough. Sorry.....that soup left a sour taste in my mouth....so much so that I am resorting to bad puns. The service was kind of what to expect in a mall food court-esque type place. Skip it, and get a plastic sandwich next door

I read some of the reviews & most were crazyCustomer service - they do their job, get you your food in- and- out quick and you get to start eating. Fast and efficient, yall care too much about a smileCleanliness - I've never seen it dirty, can it get messy when busy? Sure, but that's literally any fast pace place during busy hours. Otherwise, they're on top of itFood quality - its Chinese food, oily is kinda a part of itThe food tastes good and I can come in and out during a lunch break, food quality went down a little after management changed, but given the like 15 years coming here, it's still great ?

Horrible customer service, came in back turned. Attitude entire time didn't say one word lifted the card processor towards me to pay and once I payed she put it down and walked away. Do not eat here they need to appreciate customers without us they are nothing. Do not eat here do not support this business

Need a negative 1 star ! I don't care if the food taste good . The service was horrible . The older lady was so dam rude . The man for the item wrong and we said no we want orange chicken not garlic chicken . The older lady jumped in and said you asked for garlic chicken . My husband and I both said no we never once said that and they were both being rude yelling at us in front of everyone . People started to whisper and laugh at us. So embarrassed. Will make sure not once person I know comes here. Your food can be amazing but as long as your customer service is bad you will lose business and shut down. I hope you do !
