I was nearly overcome by the half pound Hickory Burger. It's $10.75 for the 1/4 lb single burger and $2.75 for the extra patty. I had to crush the burger a lot to fit it into my mouth. When done eating it, I was glad they didn't offer a shake since that would have been too much. The fries were poor, luke warm and not fresh. I didn't finish them. They have optional Cholula hot sauce for those who like hot sauce.
The parking lot is busy at dinner time but we found a spot nearby. The diner is bright and clean, including bathrooms.

Tried this place out today I just was walking by and decided to go in upon entering I was immediately greeted by two very nice staff members after looking over the menu I ordered the hook burger with fries. I sit inside the restaurant and ate my food the burger was good it was just bland and I had to season it with salt and pepper that was on the table the fries are good they're just regular fries and they're lightly seasoned which is great. I like that they offered a water cup. I will say that the price is expensive about $18 for a combo. I feel like they should provide meal deals or something for more low income customers. I will go back to try there sandwiches and shakes.

I was not looking forward to going to my friend's suggested burger place because I do not eat burgers. I was pleasantly surprised to see a variety of non burger items. I had salmon on a kale salad.
My friends had burgers and great looking onion rings.
They serve beer and wine. We drank fountain drinks.
Seats were hard. Kind of a little cold and loud.

It was my first visit here and had a great experience. The taste and ambience were amazing but it was the service that was a home run! I forgot to mention no Bacon but they were still kind enough to accommodate the request after the burger was ready.

Food was delicious however I'll never go back because everything is sold separately unless you get the meaI combo which is $18. I ended spending 70 plus dollars for 2 lkids meals, 3 burgers and a side of fries.
Place was absolutely amazing, the burger was incredible, the sweet potato fries were good too the topping were very fresh it was like the habit but less processed and more wholesome. And the sauces and pickles are unlimited and free !!!

The ingredients were fine. But they removed some nice touches that caused them to stand out in positive way before. For example they used to have a shiny toasted hamburger bun as the menu states. Now it's a standard cheap store bought cold bun they just through on. They also used to serve the fries in a cone shaped metal container. Now it's just in a standard cardboard container. I realize Hook Burger is a fast food restaurant. But the quality has gone down. Makes me sad. 😔

Found Hook Burger after a full day at the amusement parks, this place hit the spot even less than an hour before they closed. I had the mushroom burger with onion rings and the burger was so juicy and flavorful and even better with their house made dijon mayo slathered all over it. I will definitely be back if we are in town again in the future.
