I had such a great experience at Ichima! The Toro & Uni Don was super fresh — the fish melted in your mouth and the portion was generous. The Uni Scramble Toast was really special and unlike anything I’ve had before — creamy, rich, and full of umami flavor. The presentation was beautiful too. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere felt cozy and authentic. Definitely one of my top recommend sushi spots in town!

Been coming here for years, Hands down, best sushi in Pasadena.
I have been eating here for more than 3 years, everything is Average , nothing spectacular but the Lunch Bento 2 items combo was great, only 19.99...Lately no longer the case it went from 19.99 to about 29 with tax...this price no longer attract me so it is time to find other place.

The service here is shockingly poor. Staff seemed annoyed from the moment we arrived, avoided eye contact, and ignored us unless we waved them down. It genuinely felt like they were purposely avoiding providing basic service.
To top it off, they automatically added an 18% tip for a so-called “large” party of just five people, despite the fact that the service was awful.
The food itself was good, but the unpleasant and unprofessional service completely ruined the experience. I honestly don’t understand how this place is still operating with customer treatment like this.
