Went there to meet up with an old friend from grad school. We both had a latte. Great coffee, chill atmosphere, and very friendly service m. I recommend paying for the public parking structures. On a a Sunday I paid a flat fee of 12 dollars. I felt it's worth it especially since it's Old Town Pasadena which is just beautiful with shops and other attractions. Hope you enjoy your time!

Great coffee, good service, nice atmosphere for hanging out and for working. The prices are expensive relative to what you get so that's why I dinged one star but still a top cafe, would've given 4.5 if I could.

Their signature sauce really sets their food apart.

The ham & cheese croissant & latte I got from here were excellent, and the staff were exceedingly helpful in my quest to find transit to the rose bowl.

This is a fairly large space with plenty of seating. The coffee is good. The cinnamon roll pastry I had, was more sweet and sugary than cinnamon. More like a sweet roll than a cinnamon roll. The service was quick, except they forgot my pastry, but quickly remedied it. The parking is on the street, which has free times of day to park, but is metered the rest of the time. There are paid parking garages as well. There is a front entrance and an alley entrance. My small coffee and cinnamon roll cost $11. So a little more expensive than some of the other options in the area.

Modern, clean cafe for a quiet study session. The coffee is decent too.

After the remodel, they don't even make fresh espresso anymore. They serve instant coffee. Craft instant or not, this is unacceptable for a cafe.

Flat, barely warm espresso… no crema. What???? Pretty sure the “barista” had no idea what they were doing. Had ok espresso our first visit and for some ridiculous reason we went back the next morning and it was amazingly even worse.

It’s Intelligentsia, so still high quality beans and flavor, just very poorly executed.

Lovely building, with fun art and great lighting, but I’m going for the coffee not the ambiance and I expected WAY MORE from Intelligentsia.

Save yourself the disappointment and go to Highlight coffee.

Limited options for sandwiches or bkfst. Coffee and bread options are very tasty. Nice place to work remotely. Bathroom is far away downstairs and hidden in underground level.
