It's Boba Time- Pasadena

It’s Boba Time is located on a busy and popular corner in East Pasadena at Colorado and Allen. This is a chain. They offer lots of menu options. It is designed mostly for take out orders, and includes a kiosk for ordering. There is limited seating.

Lots of PCC students and employees from nearby businesses frequent this location.

I prefer their smoothies, especially with boba added. Slushies are available as well. I recently had the taro smoothie and it was very good.

It’s very efficient and clean but not particularly personal, as to be expected with a chain establishment.

Great service the staff was very fast with our drinks and treated us well

This place is really the most OKAY Boba place, only a few drinks are really worth getting

I love getting their drinks and sweets here. Service is usually hit or miss... Some employees are super friendly and some are probably just lacking a little people skills. But their menu is great.

Boba Time is a place Ive been going to since the mid 2000s in their K Town location. Their drinks always hit the spot and are of good quality. Having said that, this location in particular is no less the same, but the customer service leaves something to be desired. My mother in law is new to boba drinks and was curious about the different types of flavors and asked the crew about the drinks. The customer service she received was awful, in the sense that the staff looked bothered with a blank stare, was non-receptive to her questions, and answered with vague one liner answers. It made her, a first time customer, feel awful. Another time, me and my family were waiting for staff to ask a question and the staff of 2 completely ignored us, so we stuck to what we had from our previous orders.

So all in all, the drinks are good, just that the customer service isnt friendly or welcoming so be prepared to order online or use the kiosk, because God forbid you have to interact with the staff.

Its yummy I got the ACAI BOWL with the ice strawberry matcha!

Boba time is the best.

Great Flavors, friendly staff but the floors, the tables and chairs are always very dirty and sticky! It sucks cuz its a nice little place to go have a slush with boba.

We come frequently with my family at this place. We came today with my family and we asked for our drinks. One of the cashier was gentle blond hair he took my order perfect. When I got my drinks I noticed it was missing lychee in my drink when I had payed for It and than I asked the other cashier with glasses black or blue shirt he was rude and unprofessional I don't know if he was mad or he had a problem he told me the lychee was there when there was no lychee and before he saw he noticed there was no lychee. He threw my drink and made me a other one with attitude.

I like the Taro milk tea with extra large with Boba. I’m guarantee you. It’s very taste good

Extremely loud place, not a place to study. Maybe hang out with friends. Blenders, people yelling, employees dropping metal mixing cups. Hitting metal mixing cups on on the sink making hug (THUD) sound every 5 minutes. And WIFI was down!

And the employees look like sad like they dont want to be there.

Good customer service though. And clean bathroom. Good Quality drink, good customer service.
