It's Boba Time- Pasadena

A really nice boba shop that had a lot of options and good quality. The staff are very friendly and the drinks are well made. Boba is a free topping which is the way it should be. The interior has decent amount of seating and is very clean.

Trash! Do not go to this Boba location. It is horrible! My drink was watered down. Half of it spilled out into the bag. Will NOT return. It’s Boba Time was a complete waste of money.

Probably one of the best Boba tea I’ve had in LA. Highly recommend coming here because they have a lot of different ways that you could have it, I got mine in a slushy and I never had it like that before.

Thank you! Amazon service here the store was very clean they even had complimentary water ! I would suggest trying the chocolate banana shake with espresso it was delicious!!! My drink was done in a blink of an eye also the restroom was very clean! This was an amazing turn around for my day since i had to drive all the way from the monterey park location after they refused to make my drink. The two ladies at the front were very nice and swift with service!

I love It’s Boba Time, we were away from our usual home spot and this one did not disappoint. It’s actually a bigger location and has pastry’s and I believe a larger drink selection, our drinks were made fast and they were good. The Irish cheesecake was great ?

I have tried several Boba places and sometimes the franchises lose a little quality but not at this place. I think because its so busy the food is turned over and fresh every day now for the Boba and what I was getting at. They are the perfect consists and not mushy I cant stand mushy boba but no need to worry here. I haven't tried everything but I can vouch for the fruit smoothies with boba get it and enjoy

So far my experiences at Its Boba Time have been amazing. The customer service has been great and the drinks have been amazing!! I can recommend the Strawberry Milk Tea and the Cookies & Cream Shake.If you have the app you can and add up for a free drink!! (:Desserts look delicious also!!
