No one attended to me everyone just looked didn’t say please wait nothing no communication. I ordered on the kiosk they took forever granted the driveway was busy. They did upgrade me for the wait and was given a free cheese cake. So they made up for it in a sense

I came in expecting the regular whole home fast food service and preparation. But to my surprise, I received excellent service from Danny and a delicious breakfast croissant from Edith. The hashbrowns were not greasy. They were delicious. The sandwich was prepared with the right amount of cheese and the right amount of bacon! It was exceptionally delicious. Kudos to whoever hired those two to work for this franchise.

Ordered 1 teriyaki bowl in the drive thru. They tell me to park and wait for my food. Guy brings me 2 bowls. I tried to return one. Manager says “well I heard your say 2” so I had to pay for 2. Not cool.

Not as good as the PCC location, and in a much more sketchy part of town, but still great food and great service. I think the location part, there's nothing they can do about it, so no harm no foul on their part. All of the employees all very professional and dispatched my order very quickly. Great overall experience.

Food was perfect chicken spicy Jack was hot, spicy, with a nice crunch lettuce tomatos pickles fresh i added the pickles. Original wedges cheese, saucy, hot and crunchy. Crew was nice amd quick with my Order Good Jack location
The food was good but the service was terrible. I'm very disappointed in the service. First of all I was ordering in the drive thru, I spoke up clearly, she repeated to me something different, I corrected her. She finally got it right on the screen. When I got to the window, 3 people were working the window, one of them gave me a bag of food, when I checked, my order was incorrect. I had to wait for another lady to fix my order. I might not go back to that Jack in the Box.

Cane drive through this morning at 7:26am ordered a value jack sausage combo with a small coffee, a sm iced coffee and 3 pc french toast at the window he handed me the combo but no regular coffee, when I drove off Alejandro's dumb ass gave me a ham with egg value jack and the regular coffee was old and cold had to write this review otherwise I'd be mad
