Cane drive through this morning at 7:26am ordered a value jack sausage combo with a small coffee, a sm iced coffee and 3 pc french toast at the window he handed me the combo but no regular coffee, when I drove off Alejandro's dumb ass gave me a ham with egg value jack and the regular coffee was old and cold had to write this review otherwise I'd be mad

I would give my experience this morning a ZERO star review if possible. I went to the drive through to order. The person taking my order was pushy, rude, and disrespectful. It was the worst customer service I've ever received ANYWHERE. By being so pushy, he was actually enabling a longer time to finish my order because I wasn't even given 30 seconds to read the menu before being asked, "Anything else." I asked for more time to read and was greeted with another "Anything else." So, I cancelled my order and asked to speak with a manager when I got to the window. The manager was equally pushy, rude, and disrespectful and defended whole heartedly this rude worker's actions. Then, she shut the window on me and refused to talk any more. There are other Jack in the Boxes for me to choose from in the future. I'd rather drive a half hour extra than to ever visit this Jack in the Box again. They don't care about their customers at this one. Avoid at all costs.

This restaurant is in an area targeted by homeless people and drug addicts. During my visit a homeless woman was in the restaurant dining area screaming . The manager did not do anything to have her removed. So I just left with my young daughter. Avoid this restaurant.

Made an Order for Delivery.. I ordered Loaded popcorn chicken, and this is how i received my order, Truly disappointed not getting a good experience for my first time trying this item. The rest of my food was okay but I got 2 orders of the loaded popcorn chicken and it came in dry and stale.
