The service was really good. The prices are extremely high and the orange stream machine didn’t taste anything like it should have if I would’ve had time I would’ve returned it and had him remake it, but I had somewhere to be. I’ve been to this location for many years and this is the first time, I was really disappointed. I might try this location again, but five out of 10 recommend.

Definitely not worth paying for at this location quality is not good and very skimpy they don’t care because if they actually did this wouldn’t continue happening as I was inside more people were complaining at the fact that there drinks didn’t taste right coming from a different location that actually gives good quality this location makes Jamba look bad

Strangest Jamba Juice experience I've ever had. We waited in line for 5 mins while 3-4 associates were busy, but they simply never acknowledged us. I tried to gently ask for help twice but they quietly blew us off. After another minute literally standing there we just left. Absolutely strange.

They used to have an all-vegan menu board. Now they offer very non-vegan whey protein with almost everything on the menu. But if you are persistent, you can get several all vegan smoothies. My favorite is pomegranate paradise which last time I was in was not on their menu, but when I asked for it, they could still make it.

I really like jamba juice, but the prices have become just crazy for a large drink, which cost me $10 for a protein smoothie. That's just too much. Can't afford it.

I went to this Jamba Juice location on Foothill Blvd with my dad and uncle, and our service experience was horrible. One of the women working there (Morgan was her name) was extremely short, rude, and just looked like she didn’t want to service us. She didn’t even ask what size drink my dad wanted and proceeded to give us all larges for some reason. My dad, confused, just decided to leave the situation alone but I was quite frankly astonished at this type of service. To be quite honest, we felt targeted and profiled.We tried to contact the corporate office after this experience, but received no follow up or call back. I am willing to try again should the opportunity present itself.

Very bad costumer service! I never leave the negative review but the staff at the front desk was so racist to us. When I asked for the paper bag, she deliberately pretends she can’t understand me even my accent is perfectly American. I repeat myself four time and finally she shakes her head and said no. (Jamba juice no papar bag ?)

I go to this Jamba Juice quite often and I will not be going back until this “manager” is fired. He was extremely rude and disrespectful when I was ordering. He wanted to charge me $11 + dollars on a small smoothie. He was ridiculous! I walked out of there shaking. This person should not have a job here!
This is a nice Jamba Juice located next to Ralphs It's both clean and has a friendly staff! It was my first visit in years and I got a Large 24oz Strawberries Wild smoothie and it was just as delicious as I remembered as a kid! Free parking in lot.

I had such a great day hiking at Eaton Canyon so I’m not too upset as I would be but the workers here need management at all times. It seems as if orders are being confused- not prioritized accordingly. In total we spent about 40$ waffles, smoothies with the additives. Came back into the store after ordering with Niyat and 2/3 smoothies were not made correctly while the other was forgotten completely. We came back and they had 2/3 of the smoothies made again but with chunks of ice as if the smoothie was never blended in the first place. The 3rd smoothie was forgotten, again. At this point, I just asked for my money back- they need some structure here and apparently the manager Ed has no other supervision for the staff. The girl Sarah told me I couldn’t get a receipt for the refund but she could send me a text of a picture of it? Very unprofessional and nobody knew the system. Wouldn’t recommend coming back here unfortunately.

I always go to this location because i love Jamba Juice and it’s close to work. I love my drink with pieces of the fruit so i get it chunky, the majority of the time it’s never chunky. I don’t have time to go back :( so i end up throwing it away. On another note tho the staff is nice. Just please make my drinks chunky i feel like i throw my money away when i don’t get what i go for.

No spinach and lemon for great green juice. They did not remove seeds from apple. Bad for kidneys. 3 scoop of ice than juices for small size drink. They are lazy and cheat your money out of your pockets. I watched how they made great green juice second time. Never go there again.
